I can only speak from my own experiences, but from what I can tell this Management company is professional and up-front. I went from renting from this management company to a personal home-owner and now i'm missing the professional process they have in place here! The only thing that I had any issues with was maintenance - I wish there was an easier way to ask for help besides sending an email. I had some electrical issues and it took a few extra days that I would have liked to fix, I blame the online portal for the delay, BUT I understand they want a paper trail for everything, so I guess I understand why it's done that way. it's a day or two shy of my 30 days since move out and I have not seen my deposit returned, so i'll update this review if there are any issues with that - but I'm hopeful I'll be receiving that shortly since I know they have a process for everything - which again, might not be for everyone but when you fight for a month to get a signed copy of your lease and the blinds your homeowner promised you, you'd be glad to have a company like Fusilier to work with! read more

Horrible company and workers. They will not respond to any emails or maintenance requests, and if they do it is super vague and not helpful. Super unprofessional service and timing. Realtor even tried to cancel a showing 5 minutes before the allotted meeting time, and instead gave the code to the lockbox so we could tour the residence ourselves. Horrible company!!! Avoid this place at all cost!!! We rented a house through this company for 6 years. They were very accommodating getting us in to the house, but what a horrible company to deal with throughout those 6 years. My wife and I have lived on military bases, apartments, and houses and this company was by far the worst to deal with (yes, even worse than dod/military run housing). Yes, we didn't have to stay there for 6 years but after moving so much in the military we didn't want to move again until we could buy our own house. With this company, even just trying to get our lawn mowed on a regular bases was like pulling teeth, especially when the grass grows so fast in the summer. We put in a work request for mold under the cabinets, and they completely ignored it. Other requests went ignored too but the mold one was the most appalling. When requests did get answered, they weren't answered in a timely manner. Trying to deal with the people in the office was annoying as well. Nobody could give you a straight answer for anything, and they would always say, "let me look into that and call you back" then they would never call back, and then ignore you when you called to follow up. After 6 years of being good tenants and not missing or being late on a payment, we were finally able to buy our own house. Now, you think a company would work with us, at least a little bit, but nope, not this company. Refused to work with us even a little bit. All in all just a horrible company to deal with, and I'm so happy to be rid of their incompetence. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

We were in a pinch trying to arrange for a short notice / long distance move and they were there for us the entire time. Keith took the time to learn about our needs and linked us up with someone very knowledgeable about the area we needed to be in (Lake Nona). Unlike other companies we spoke with, they looked at what our specifications were for size, school zone and features in a home so they could deliver exactly what we needed. This company is a complete joke. The took my $140 application fees and never responded back. As a result I lost out on several houses to rent in a crazy market in Florida. I disputed the charges and they actually have enough nerve to block me from getting my $140 in application fees back. They have also done this to another person I know. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT fill out any applications from this company unless you want to take your hard earned money and throw it down the drain. Don't look at any houses this company owns or rents. My wife and I have rented a few times in our lives, as with some owners of rental property, they will not fix things or perform any kind of maintenance, not so with Fusilier Management Group! They not only protect the property owner, but the tenant as well. Every step from our initiating our lease to the deposit being returned in full and expeditiously, just a great bunch all around and very fair! Can only speak from experience as a renter of one of their properties... If you're a renter looking for a house, stay far away. Such an incredibly long and tragic story that starts with their 27-page (yes, literally) lease that is 100% in their favor and 0% in yours. We should have turned around and ran when we could have if we had only known how bad things would get with them. The girl who showed the home was nice, the person who will become your property manager...not so much. Lourdes Valdes from the beginning was unfriendly, rude and made dealing with their office a nightmare. There were issues with the house that we were told would be taken care of before we moved in, and then upon move in were told "you rented the house as-is." We decided to just deal with the issues (mismatched paint all over the house, unkempt lawn, weeds, ants inside the house, etc.) and lay low to avoid having to talk to anyone in their office. That was a good plan until a horrible issue with mold in the kitchen took over the house after the hurricane. Had to beg someone to come out immediately (they refuse to take calls regarding maintenance issues and your only option is to put in a request via internet leaving you to never know when someone will actually show up). Maintenance guy was sent out who put Kilz over the cabinets, which obviously did nothing. Had to beg again for someone to come out again...Lourdes sent someone in to RIP OUT THE CABINETS and drag them through the kitchen and garage which exposed massive amounts of black, gray, white mold. If you know anything about mold, you know that disturbing it is the worst thing you can do. The smell was so bad in the house we had to evacuate. Never could get a straight answer from Lourdes regarding the process to fix anything nor whether they would waive our rent since we couldn't even live there. Ended up having to hire a lawyer to deal with the situation and get us out of the lease as dealing with Lourdes was impossible. Not only that, but she continually mentioned her lawyer throughout this process which made it clear that we also should probably have someone on our side. It's unfortunate we had to spend the money for that, but I don't think we would have been able to get out of the lease and get our deposit back if we hadn't. Our entire life was in that house and had to be removed by a professional mold remediation company. I have an actual mold allergy and couldn't even go inside. We lost literally thousands of dollars of our items. Every single piece of furniture, mattresses, bedding, pillows, toys, photos, etc. had to be thrown out because of the smell and the fact that you can't clean things like that well enough to bring into your new home. It literally was like having a fire come in and ravage your home. Only this was due to neglect--we had to hire our own mold inspector to give us an idea what was going on since Lourdes decided not reveal any of the information from the one she had ordered. We were told by a local mold expert that mold is very slow growing. The mold in that house had been there for a really long time and because of the extra rain from the storm, it became even worse--to the point of us having to evacuate. We had only lived in the home for four months and had nothing to do with the existing mold issue. The home had water leakage that wasn't dealt with because this company is so cheap they don't want to do proper property maintenance. There was zero compassion or concern shown to us from Lourdes or anyone else in their office. Instead we were told this was just an "accident" and that the owner of the property would be losing out on rental income. Kind of hard to compare minimal rental income loss to a family who was suddenly homeless and lost 75% of their belongings, but she still tried to act like they were the ones being inconvenienced. We were also told at one point that we should be able to live in there with the exposed mold. Thankfully we have been shown compassion by others around us during this difficult time, but I would hate for anyone else to find themselves in a similar situation with a company who could literally care less about you. I'm sure they'll try and come up with some sort of excuse, blame us somehow, or even try and have this review removed, but the facts don't lie. We evacuated on September 17. It's now January 2 and they still don't have this home available to rent and are still doing repairs on the home. The damage because of mold is obvious despite the way they tried to act like we were over exaggerating. Do some research on this company and you'll find many negative reviews out there. This is one of those cases where the bad reviews literally are true. Run as far and as fast as you can from Fusilier. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The office staff really sucks. KEITH is rude lacks in doing his job correctly. The assistant is rude! The manager is no help. The property was nice but whenever we needed something fixed it takes time to get done. The ceiling fan chain is still not fixed and I put that work order in 3 months ago. Fridge went out. Had to throw out food. Now that the owner has to replace the fridge some how we have to replace the fan because he is mad he has but a new fridge. Called said it would take like a week to get a new one. I have a 1 month old need to store his formula and breast milk. Was told to get a cooler and store I asked if I would be reimbursed for the cooler she said no if it was your own home you would have to do it. "It's not my home I'm renting". When we first moved in we got the mailbox key they did not know the number was told to try every box. The staff is a mess and unprofessional. Very disappointed. I will not be renewing this lease. If I could get out now I would. Pay to much To be dealing with this crap. That's only some of the issues. I HATE IT!!!!! read more

I was interested in renting a unit from this company at 6662 S Goldenrod Rd Unit A I contacted the leasing agent at 407-496-7616 I wish I could remember her name. When I first spoke with her she seem very rude and unprofessional but I looked passed it thinking maybe she was having a bad day ( I was so wrong). On 8/20/2014 today I went the view the unit I could tell from the minute she saw me I was not getting the unit. I never felt so discriminated against in my life. First she made me feel like she was doing me a favor by evening speaking with me or allowing me in the unit.( FYI I stay in the same complex) Then asked but my credit score rental history and background which is okay because that's her job so I answered yes my credit is good I make 3x the rent (1,100 a month) and I've never been to jail. But that was not enough to be treated with respect she was asking over and over about my credit. So now I'm like all black people don't have bad credit ( I say to myself). Then she started again with the income and I told her i understand 3x the rent. Why would I want to rent a place I couldn't afford. Duh but again I was not going to be rude I told her my monthly income is 3400 a month 100 over the requirement. She didn't stop there I could on and on and on but let me get to the point. Finally she said to text her before I submitted the application I was like no problem she said she didn't want me to waist my money incase someone already did but at this point no one did. So when I got home I checked my credit score it was 650 ( Over 600 is the requirement) I texted her Me:The credit score is 650 is that acceptable? She replied: Who is this Me: I looked at the property today is the credit score acceptable for the unit? I would like to submit my application? She replied: Which one are you? To myself I'm like does that matter lady? ( Maybe the owner ask her not to rent to blacks) But why does it matter which one am I? I just want to know can I submit my application for the unit. A yes or no is all that's needed right? WRONG Me: Im sorry I don't understand which one are you. Is the unit still available or not? The unit 6662 S Goldenrod Rd is that what you talking about? She replied It's just an application summit I want to know who you are? If you don't identify yourself I will not answer more messages. ( Wow really why do you want to know who I am is it because you want to know how to answer the question lady or nah? Me: The girl that came to look at the unit this afternoon Im sorry is this the real estate agent or do I have the wrong number! Why could she just say yes or no? So never replied so I called her when she realized I was the black girl all of a sudden the unit was no longer available need less to say I was very disappointed when I realized it wasn't rented but I wasn't the color that was required. When I spoke with her on the phone I told her I was going to call her office and speak with someone she said for what? I told her I wanted to look for other units. I could tell that made her nervous and she started ranting about helping me but at this point I was done with her and really wanted her to know that I'll be calling her boss in the morning to express my concerns. I'll also be contacting the Better Business Bureau I screened shot her text message as my proof for her unprofessional behavior. I don't like to make a big deal out of things but this really hurt my feelings and no one should be treating this way from any company. But it has to be done and i will make it a propriety to do so. Wether it makes a different or not I can't push this under the rug. I'm no longer interested in the unit!!! I will write another review after I speak with her boss in the morning. Recently rented a property from this management goup and I have to say I was so disappointed. The rental manager I had to deal with was Keith Race. Let me just say he was very classless , rude and very disrespectful. Whenever I had to deal with something that had to be repaird it was Very difficult to reach someone not only that, the land lord I was dealing with was very irresponsible but when it came to collecting the rent they where the first to contact you. I had no pravicy what's so ever the land lord would go in my back yard and peek throu my windows while I was living there. The property wasn't as expected more like a Roach coach, it was below standard and Keith Race is a disgusting , rude person to deal with. I will NEVER again be renting or dealing with this management group. Hope this helps anyone that's looking to deal with them. read more

I contracted for rent my house in Kissimmee with Fusilier Management in 6/2013. They were not able to rent it until 9/2013 for much less rent than they told me they could get. The year the tenants were there there were constant complaints from the management company from the tenants. Though I lived there for 12 years and never had a pool screen blow out the tenants had three. Each time it would take me 5-6 days to get someone there to repair. Fusilier would contact me to tell me that if It wasn't repaired immediately the tenant would withhold rent and take me to court. Then they started to forward emails from the tenants stating the same thing. It seemed that though Fusilier was being paid by me they were working for the tenants. When the A/C was not working I had someone there the same day but a screen. When the tenants moved out at the end of the lease I was disappointed with how they left. it. I was told that the management company did a walk through when they left but when I inspected the property the flower beds had weeds up to my waist and lawn needing mowing though the tenants were responsible for lawn care. Buttons on the washer and dryer were broken off. Now I must replace the full panel on these appliances. Per our contract Fusilier were to do a walk through and take pictures of the property inside and out prior to the tenants moving in and after they moved out. If a walk through was done they should have noticed these problems. I have requested copies of pictures and they have refused to respond to my requests. I can not and would not recommend this company. read more
