After barn swallow nesting this spring, they not only pressure washed our porch to get rid of all the bird poo, they also put up netting so the birds wouldn't be able to come back!! The community spaces and grounds are well-kept and clean every time we use them (from the gym to the pool to the mailroom​). Overall, just an excellent community to call home!

For example 30 dollars is added to rent for a community fee for them to hire people to clean, in these pictures people leave their dog poop everywhere and it's so embarrassing when guest come over and they smell strong urine and smell and see dog poop all over the community. You pay 25 dollars for valet trash pick up and most of the time they skip the building or leave peoples trash in the hallways. Elevators are either getting maintenance on and if they are working they are disgusting, snot, hand prints and dog urine most of the time. Hallways never get cleaned just gets sprayed with cleaning spray to mask the smell and a lot of urine stains. Robert Sheppard "Bobby" works with the leasing team very very inappropriate and unprofessional with my girlfriend on the phone blocked her number from the Camden phone list. He has laughed at my girlfriend over the phone and hung up on her. We also had been sexually harassed by a man at the dog park and Camden did absolutely nothing about the situation just had a meeting with us telling us we shouldn't have defended ourselves basically. The appliances inside our okay. The vanity in the bathroom was super chipped, the floors were scratched up, the kitchen counters were super cracked, and the garbage disposal smelled like fish. That's when we moved in. This was just our experience everyone's experience is different. If you do decide to live here just think real hard before moving in. Lots of money and when you move in they will be asking for more money. Looking forward into moving to an apartment that's 1640 in a very nice community with the same luxury appliances with a better apartment team. Do better Camden.

Over this last weekend I had a package get trapped in their package lockers with perishable items inside of it. The management company decided this wasn't an emergency and refused to get me my package for 2 days. Meanwhile the item inside went bad. While all of this was happening my hot water went out which they also waited until Monday 2 days later to address. Management took no responsibility for either action and made no effort to make anything right. They told me flat out it was not their problem about the package even though they are the administrators of the lockers and hold the master key. They blamed me for the hot water delay because apparently submitting a work order isn't the right way to do it. I apparently have to call in. However in the past submission of a work order was plenty. This management takes no accountability and poorly manages this property. You can get cheaper rent and better management at surrounding properties. Buyer beware!!!!

You have to drive to the cornerstone office location to pick up the keys which wasn't clearly communicated to me when I arrived at the apartment complex hoping to pick up my keys when my lease started. Luckily though the move in process was smooth and I didn't need to contact the office to use a dolly or anything, though that would have been helpful. Since I moved in I received 2 large packages that I could not carry up to my apartment without a dolly or assistance. I called the office number and connected with Doug, who promptly got back to me and said he was on the way to the building see if there was a dolly I could use. Next thing I know he was at my door and had brought the package up himself! He is super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my packages. The gym has all the necessities and feels clean. The building feels safe and the butterfly entry option is super convenient when ordering takeout/delivery. Overall a great move in experience and apartment complex.

Their dog repeatedly pulled toward ours, and our Lab puppy slipped out of its collar and briefly sniffed their dog. There was no barking, growling, or biting. During the interaction, the man said, "I'm going to shoot your dog." When I asked why, he replied, "If your dog ever gets near my wife or my kid, I will shoot your dog." I understand that a loose dog can make someone uncomfortable, but I found it alarming that the immediate response was a threat to shoot my dog.
