Aaagghh! This place is the worst absolute worst. Stopped in Perry with my wife on our way to the panhandle. I knew better, I really did. I've lived in Florida for fifty years. Been through Perry hundreds of times. In Perry, on a Monday night, at a sketchy buffet. If I'm not sick in the morning it'll be a miracle. We would have been better off in the Hardy's. It's been a while since I've done a buffet, but this trip shows me that they are opening back up. Mom and I are here on our way home from Missouri. This was the last night on the road and we opted to have fusion buffet vs going for Italian. The food was good, the price was decent and over all, it was close to the hotel. It was typical fare for your average buffet: fried shrimp that should have aged out, chicken skewers, a handful of beef and chicken dishes. The usual. The Chinese food was average buffet food, nothing special. I won't be back for it. I will go back for the southern food and give it a try. The service was just adequate. Had a couple of plates piled up while eating that they hadn't picked up. No drink refills offered. read more

We stopped here in the way home from a long road trip. We couldn't decide on what we wanted so a buffet sounded like a good option. We were both leery about a buffet in Perry on a Thursday night, especially one that only had a couple cars in the parking lot. But we really know better than to judge a book by it's cover - or the tell tale beware signs. I mean what's an adventure if you don't take some risks? Once I side we were greeted with a smile and seated quickly and our drink orders were taken. The buffet tables are two long rows of dishes ranging from some of the beat fried chicken I've eaten to a few Chinese stand bys. The salad bar looked fresh and had plenty of options and there were several typical Chinese dessert options along with peach cobbler, sweet potatoes with marshmallow topping and several flavors of hand dipped ice cream. Overall it was much better than we actually expected. The chicken made it worth it for sure. Most of the other dishes were average buffet far but everything was seasoned well which I definitely appreciated. We left with full bellies so we really can't complain. A shout out to the staff who were truly friendly, attentive and seemed like they appreciated our business. By the time we left the parking lot had plenty of cars - I guess we were just a little early! read more

Stopped on way back to SC. Great idea to offer both Asian and country on buffet! LOVED options of #1. buffet price or #2. pay by weight of selected food. We did the second option. I had Asian. The coconut chicken is fabulous, as is the skewered chicken and yellow rice. Hubby had fried shrimp and some of the country items. Waiter was terrific. I'm am so pleased and amazed at discovering this wonderful buffet! First of all, I stopped on a Sunday - mid afternoon. The Asian side of the buffet was filled with surprises! General Tso's chicken on a buffet is always over cooked and usually dry. This was nearly perfect! The other pleasant surprise was the quality of the ingredients- especially the meats both chicken and beef. First rate buffet. Nothing dried out or over cooked! I'll make a point to take 27/19 through Perry on my next trip toward Tallahassee! read more

I drive through Perry Florida twice a month, have stopped at the Fusion Buffet 4-5 times since early summer '18. The best of both worlds Chinese and Southern Country Cooking. It very predictable food, simple good product. CLEAN , rest rooms spotless. Tables and dining floor kept very neat and clean. Busy but easy flow. Fried Chicken every day. salad bar and Sushi Bar. Went 12/15. Ugh. Awful, please do not waste yr time. We were finishing up work in Perry and wanted to try Goodman's. They were closed. Ah well noted a new place, a country/ chinese fusion. They should stick to one or the other. Both are pretty tasteless. No seasoning in any of the country foods. The sushi was really awful and the chinese came from the freezer. This place is very clean and was busy at lunchtime. My husband loved the food and went back a second time to the buffet. I, on the other hand, could not even finish my first plate. "Why?" You ask. Well the food was so cool as in temp that it was totally unappealing. Not even slightly warm. Ick. Good thing we are just passing through so I don't have to worry about eating here again. My family met on Thanksgiving Day in Perry. It is located in the middle of our homes. We were all pleased it was open and we did not have to cook. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the food. The dressing was a lot like our mothers.They had a great selection of food. Traditional turkey day favorites sweet potatoes, green beans, broccoli casserole,mashed potatoes and gravy etc. There was also shrimp of several kinds a beautiful salad bar, a lot of Chinese choices and desserts and ice cream.Myself, my sister and her husband, our brother all enjoyed the meal. read more

we eat @ fusion buffet in perry fla. 3 times a/week....we really enjoy the different variety of foods and deserts.... not true if anyone says it's not good.... it's the best restaurant that has been in that building since the place was built..... keep up the good work so we will have a place to go out to eat when we're that way.... great food god bless read more
