The staff will learn your name very quickly and often already be prepared to put your order in with the kitchen. I probably eat here five times a week, and it's not because the food is exceptional, or as I've already mentioned it is as basic as it comes. But the people there are just plain fabulous, and they will give a free grilled cheese sandwich to anyone who is hungry, even more than one. They even put up with me and my perfectionistic attitudes about martinis. And that has to count for something right?
