The price for 2 non members at 2 pm on a Monday was $26 pp and the court fee was about $35 for an hour. We had use of the locker room to change and waited in an open lobby for the court. The indoor courts looked newly done, us open style and we hit for the entire hour. There was a person watching the matches that were occurring the hour before who directed us to the locker room and extra balls. Overall, we enjoyed our workout, the facility, and the service. One thing: the website says that it is about 30 mins from Mont Tremblant. If you are staying near the village, our GPS said 45 mins, which is a bit more accurate.

I had been seeing different therapists over the years all over the world and she is really the top! Jodie uses many different techniques and very intuitive. She had an extensive training and focused on integrating different techniques for the most efficient results. I never felt better just after a few sessions with her! She is also a wonderful yoga teacher and achieves so much in an hour what appears to be gentle, yet the result are the same when I have a 2 hour Hatha Yoga class. I wish I lived near by so I could come regularly and not just summers. She has a center in Montreal and just recently relocated to Val David in a very charming home-great asset for the community. I will definitely be back to see her when I return.

Obviously this is because they want to keep lower staff and be more profitable in the month of June. You're rewarded with a beautiful scenic view as you're spending time on a mountain slope over-viewing nature. This is even more apparent since I came here on a beautiful sunny day and even enjoyed myself even when I waited in line to do the rides. Sure, the wait can be 15-20 minutes long but that's part of the game. I simply couldn't help myself and wanted to look at the beautiful horizon as I passed the time. The lobby area consists of a huge ski lodge where you can change and in the winter, keep warm. Yes, this slope is also used to ski. The park itself has about 20 slides of various levels of difficulty. There's traditional attractions like the pool with waves, the lazy river and the such. I really liked "the manic" which is a lazy river for advanced people who get to pushed down stream by waves, sometimes so big you can be tossed into the water. The cascades was also another favorite of mine. There's a big section for small children, so parent/child can keep themselves busy. A few tips : - I would suggest coming during the weekday as it gets quite busy during weekends, it was still quite busy even though we went on a Wednesday. - Buy your tickets online the day before, the money you save it quite notable. - Get some water shoes, walking barefoot for hours on asphalt wasn't the most exciting experience.

The second time, I cried when it was over because I didn't want to leave. Kanawana is extremely accepting of everyone, diverse, and above all, FUN!!! There are lots of fun activities to do. All the campers and staff accept you for who you are and no one bullies anyone else. The staff is really nice. I love how camp becomes like a big family. I HIGHLY recommend Kanawana to any kid/teen as its program is suitable for any age. Right now I am SO excited to go back and am counting down the days! 69 more days until Kanawana!

It features a few hockey rinks, a wonderful pool, a multifunctional indoor soccer centre and a gymnastics centre. The pool is amazing as there is open family swim times on the weekend with a pirate ship (with water cannons) water is always 85 - 90F in the beach-kids area. Then they have another swim lapping pool and diving area where you can practice your flips, cannonballs and jackknife's to your heart's content (just don't piss off the lifeguards!). On the weekend there is always lots of hockey going on and gymnastics lessons. There is also a Tech-Gym attached and a restaurant and bar upstairs that you can have a few drinks or chicken wings while watching your son-daughter on the rink!
