It was a complete 180 from the initial experience. It did take me some time to reach them but once I did, the company has been professional, efficient, and, most importantly, very polite. It seems they are taking measures to address the gap and have uniformly good service. Based on this I am updating my review to reflect that on average, the experience has been good (very bad beginning and a good end). I recommend file retrieval.
