The red curry was spicy but creamy and delicious. The pad thai was only so-so. It was more the flavour of watery soya sauce with a side of fish sauce to dip the noodles into. The Korean spicy fried noodles was the star of the show, although a bit too greasy for my liking, they did hit the spot. I really enjoyed their take on cooking tofu. I think they took deep fried puffed tofu, flattened it down and fried it with the noodles, where it resembled sliced pork. There was a lot of nice color to it, as well as a slight char, and the texture was amazing. Keep it mind, it was a tad greasy as well. I didn't care for the Singapore noodles. My hubby loves this dish, but said he's had it made better else where, so its all personal preference. I do like that you can customize a lot of the meals into vegetarian meals, so major kudos to that. The General Tsao's chicken made us select between mild, spicy and very spicy....so being our first order from them we picked spicy. If that was spicy I never want to test their mild selection. Even the General Tsao himself would have been disappointed! Big disappointment! Although the crust on the egg rolls was crusty and dry the inside was delicious! The mixed vegetable dish was also very good. The large amount of chicken fried rice was also tasty! Overall we were very disappointed and with all these types of restaurants in Orleans we will certainly try a different one next time!
