I have been looking for a gentle groomer that offers great attention to detail, enjoys making her work a reflection of her Blessed abilities, and offers a little more than the usual grooming package. I have finally found that at Fusion Pet Stylez. Ms. Annette Andrews (The owner, one of the groomers, and pet coloring specialist) showed my oldest pup extra love by doing what other groomers said they couldn't. She cut down my pups nails to where they don't hit the floor before the padding on his paws do. I never brought up what I was told by the other groomers. I am just happy I found a knowledgeable, and skilled professional that can do, what the others couldn't/wouldn't. Ms. Andrews has my fur babies as customers for life. When I read that Fusion Pet Stylez offers the type of services I've been looking for, I jumped at the chance to get my babies an appointment. The full groom, with the color add on is my favorite deal. I've been wanting to add color to my babies fur forever. She offers several fun (non-toxic) colors, (including neon colors) but I stuck with the basic blue, and green. I've always wanted to see my fur babies with temporary color on their ears, and tails, and now I can have it done whenever I want, or with each grooming. I'm going to be completely honest. This is not to talk down upon this pet grooming salon. My go to pet salon had closed down in Saint Cloud. I had taken my cat here since he was born. He's now 3.5 years old. I was iffy about taking my Fur baby somewhere new however I checked the ratings on this place and I felt "okay" to take him here. They asked me if he had been groomed before? And I answered yes, he's been to the groomers 4 times before. I want to advise my fellow cat lovers. I regret taking my cat here. Because of the incessant need to know if he was groomed before. My cat is a normal cat who doesn't like his feet touched and when in a new environment, he will be a cat and be difficult. They advised me if the "pet" is aggressive there will be a 25$ aggressive fee added WITH addition to medical treatments to wounds that an "aggressive" dog or cat had inflicted on the groomer. Idk call me crazy but you either have the tools and equipment to groom a cat or you don't. My poor baby boy. They called me after 3 hours of the appointment which isn't abnormal. But I got hit with the "aggressive fee". After a 20$ deposit to withhold my appointment from the beginning. When I got the text of the company telling me to come get my baby. It was 97$ I'm sorry? Excuse me ? I think the worse part of it all was noticing the injury after. My baby had a big rash on his chest. I'm also very aware that grooming can sometimes cause a little bit of a rash from irritation which I had never experienced the other 4 times I had groomed him before. If you have a cat, who isn't completely docile i would NOT recommend this place . Maybe for dogs it's different, but please if you have a cat, go somewhere else. This was outrageous to me , they said it took 3 people to get my cat under control ...... hmmm maybe you guys just don't have the tools nor the experience to groom a cat who isn't completely chill and docile. You can take my word , or pay 97$ for a half grooming because they couldn't complete the job, with the added fee of an "aggressive fee", PLUS to find out on your babies chest there's now a healing rash, or nick, or who knows what happened ..... again if you have a cat I would NOT recommend. Sorry Fusion Pet Stylez but if my cat was too much you could have had a courtesy call and I would have QUICKLY picked my baby boy up. Wish I could have given you guys a BETTER review. read more

Took my yorkie Sofie for a haircut and absolutely love it! They managed to get a bow on her, which rarely happens. They call you 20 mins before she's ready so you can plan ahead. My dog is very dear to me so I'm very picky about where she goes and I will definitely bring Sofie back. read more

So sorry it took so long to post a review. We found this place so close to home literally 3-4 mins away and decide to try it out with our newest addition to the family. Our 7-8 year old Chewey who we rescued a few months ago from the streets The staff is amazing and the owner saw Chewey trembling and picked him up to hug him. He came out looking and smelling like a show dog! We are now debating if we should take our 4 year old Yoda (a Lhasa Poodle mix) because he is very emotional and doesn't seem to like cats too much We will consult with the stylist before bringing him in. AmaZing owner. She grooms our Persian/Scottish fold kitties every 2-3 months. Owner is very caring and takes her time with your pet. Receptionist is always kind and helpful. One of our kitties Penelope had an unexpected medical emergency (not from getting groomed) while at fusion and the owner rushed her to the animal hospital herself and sat with our girl until we could get to the vet. Her kindness to our family and our kitties during that difficult time was much appreciated and did not go unnoticed. The day of the appointment, I arrived and they had a protocol on dropping off your pet and picking them up. I was very please to see how they took precautions and how well organized they worked. I only give it a 3 stars because the groomers did a wonderful job. His cut was cute and he smelled so good. They were also pretty friendly. But i felt like they took way too long. I dropped off my dog at 11 am and didn't get him back until towards closing time. I booked an appointment days before and also had a confirmation text but when i got there they claimed to not have an appointment for me. I think that's why it took my dog so long to be seen. Since they didn't have a appointment in the system i felt like they pushed him aside until the very end of the day. When i left they told me it would take about 2 hrs and i understand that. I called two times and they only mentioned they were "4 hrs behind" until the second time i called. I felt like they finally worked on him because i called twice. If i didn't he would've been the last dog seen. Theres multiple groomers so idk why it took so long. I had so much to do across town and it ruined my plans for the day. Things happens and i understand but communication without me having to call twice would've been appreciated. Long story short i feel like my dog was pushed aside for hrs while locked in a cage. I love love this place. I took my Maltese yesterday and not only is her cut beautiful she was not distraught. Today I took in my puli. She is five months old and her first experience with a groomer. I have been having a hard time finding someone who knows how to care for a puli. They will get natural dreadlocks, therefore, you cannot brush them and very little trimming is required. The people have been so nice. The groomer even was teaching me the proper care of the dreadlocks, since they are beginning to grow. I do not hesitate recommending this place. read more

I took my two chihuahuas here for the first time and loved it. If you're a psycho dog mom like me you're very conscious of who takes care of yours dogs. My Maltipoo's groomer suddenly moved out of state and we were left with no groomer. So the hunt began to find another groomer who cares about our baby as much as we do. Unfortunately, we had 2 traumatizing experiences that came with over $200 in vet visits and medicine because of harsh clipper burns. :( We even went as far as to try grooming him ourselves and while our precious dog did not get burned it took 4 hours that ended with a glass of wine. This past week my partner drove by Fusion and said maybe we should try again. Of course I was skeptical and scared but I called. I spoke with Annette the owner who reassured us that she would personally groom our baby. We decided to take him and it was the BEST decision we could have made.
