Horrible dishonest billing practices. They have sent me notices, bills, and collections letters for appointments from more than 2 years ago. When I contacted them, they had not even run the bill through my insurance company they verified on the phone that they had on file, some of the appointments that they were trying to bill me for I did not even make. They are just trying to take your money. They have (had) good therapists, but the billing department is dishonest and will wait years to bill you for stuff you can barely remember. Be careful with them, do not trust them, and track everything you do with them so you don't end up with crappy collection letters and call years after the fact. read more

Travis was a big help for my wife. She looked forward to her visits and she made good progress here. Also the staff was very good and supportive. Unfortunately Travis left and the replacement trainers did not know what they were doing. So the good progress my wife had been making came to a halt. Also the wonderful booking staff left also so the place was a shell of what it once was. Then the main office which is Lake a Ridge Physical therapy screwed up my wife's billing telling her that her insurance company would no longer carry her which the insurance company said was not true. So they get a mixed rating, four stars for the progress my wife made until Travis left, two stars for the results since than. Sorry but I can't recommend THIS place. read more

My husband had brain surgery last year and needed vestibular physical therapy. My husband started seeing Travis 3 days after his brain surgery. He had to learn how to walk again, see things correctly, balance and coordinate his movements. We spent 2 days a week for 9 months going to see the crew at Fusion. My husband worked with most of the therapist there each of them doing something that added to his recovery. I'm so thankful that we had the Fusion crew and for everything they did to get me husband going again. We shouldn't have to learn how to walk more then once in our lifetime but for NY husband he needed to learn twice and we had the best team to help get him better. read more

I had such a positive experience with Fusion Physical Therapy. It was one of the cleanest,and nicest facilities I've been in. The staff was always professional and courteous. I worked with a few therapists there, but, I primarily worked with Alex, and Mabel. These two employees are 100% the real deal. The time and attention they both gave surely accounts for the success I achieved becoming 90% pain free. Great team players they are. I highly recommend Fusion Physical Therapy on Marblestone Drive in Woodbridge, Va. I have suffered from daily tension headaches for more than 30 years. Previously doctors were only able to offer me relief in the form of painkillers. Massage and one session of dry needling with Trevor and I am feeling astoundingly better! I just finished my course of physical therapy following knee surgery. I came in on crutches barely able to move from the sofa to the chair 3 feet away. As a 58 year old woman, I was really worried that I'd be limping and in some kind of pain for the rest of my life. It was not always easy, but I had the good fortune of working with Trevor, Mabel & Kerin while I was there. 3 months later, I was running on the treadmill and preparing for a hike in the mountains with my daughter. I can't say that my knee is perfect, but I think it is as good as it will ever get. In addition, while I was there, I watched them work with other people on all kinds of concerns, and I would highly recommend this group to anyone for anything. I have only been going here for a few weeks and working with Allison and seen great progress. The place is very clean and they sanitize everything after each use. Staff is very friendly and they are always ready to help when I arrive. I have to never wait which is great due to work schedule. Fusion PT was great. Jenny Bouchard really took care of me and helped me get my shoulder back into action in just a few weeks. She was attentive, supportive, and personable. Darrell Dila took so much time during the initial consult to find the root cause of my problem, which as critical in my fast recovery. I was in such good hands with Darrell and Jenny. Best part...no more pain :-) I also like how clean and well kept the facility is. Very professional which hadn't been my experience at other PT places in town.. At first I was skeptical but I wanted to feel better. Did not know that getting in an accident being hit from behind could cause so much pain. The pain in my lower back and neck had me leaning over to try and ease the pain but it wasn't getting any better. After my fist visit I was still in pain but was able to walk up right. Fusion (Woodbridge) was great before they fired Travis. I recommended them in a heartbeat before that, not so much now. He got me through rehab on multiple ankle surgeries, with a side helping of fibromyalgia. Everyone that others have raved about (Jenny, Darrell) are gone as well. read more

The team here is very good. I went to 2 other PT offices before coming here and it's taken the Fusion team 6 weeks to do more than the other offices did in over 20 weeks. They are very kind and professional and do anything needed to get the job done. One of their biggest advantages is that Dr. Travis Stoner is certified to do dry needling which is sort of like medical acupuncture with only a couple needles. This combined with e-stim means that they can more effectively treat a wider range of conditions than most offices. I worked primarily with Jennifer and she is extremely knowledgable on how the joints and muscles interact and what is most likely to be causing my pain. I fully credit her and Travis's needling with my speedy recovery. read more
