I've been to Fusion several times and was quite happy with my colorist and stylist Jess R. She is knowledgeable and does an excellent job. My only complaint is trying to make an appointment has been challenging. Several calls when nobody picks up the phone and messages left unanswered. Got a mani-pedi there a few weeks ago and it was a good experience for me. I called around 1:30 on a Saturday to see if they could get me in for 2:30 for both the manicure and pedicure. The woman I spoke with on the phone said they would try but that they do close at 4:00 on Saturdays. I let them know I was flexible and would take a manicure if that's all there was time for. The ladies there were so wonderful and fit in both while staying just a bit past closing time! I love going to a salon where you can chit-chat with the woman doing your nails and this was totally the place for that! Fusion Salon had great ambiance and was well maintained despite the fact they were in the process of replacing the floors. I'll definitely go again and would recommend it to any of my local friends. I love Fusion Salon. The atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming. All the girls are very friendly. I go to Jess S. and am usually very indecisive on what I want for an exact color. I have told her on several occasions to "have free reign". I have never been disappointed. She has always steered me in the right direction. This place is amazing. They really listen and give you what you want. A little pricey but well worth the $$.

I've been getting my hair cut here for a couple months now, and I even went a year ago when they had a Boston Strong cut-a-thon. I've been to some salons where I felt very out of place or like I wasn't anything more than their paycheck- the girls would talk about very private things and they were very judgemental of clients after they left. At Fusion, I don't feel out of place at all! It's very welcoming and it's easy to chat with the stylists. The prices are also very fair, and I'm never unhappy with my hair! read more

I would just like to say just had my hair done today by Jess! She is AMAZING! I am new to the area so not sure where to go to get my hair done. I went to the first place and my hair was SO messed up! The stylist did such a bad job! Well, not knowing what to do I read a few reviews and went to Fusion. OMG! The best decision EVER! Jess is not only soooo nice but she deff knows how to cut hair! I have been going to Debi, the owner for over 20 years. She has always provided the best customer service and continually keeps my styles looking fresh and new. She is the definition of professionalism. A lot of my friends and family have her as their hairstylist and facial expert. Her staff of stylists is excellent .i have seen so many beautiful styles of cuts and colors done at this salon . You don't have to travel to Boston to receive the ultimate experience, it is right in Webster. read more
