Both of my daughters received full Gel-X sets, and the results were flawless. The attention to detail and level of precision were truly outstanding. Lillian created a stunning pink French manicure complete with the sweetest little bows, while Linda expertly shaped and painted gorgeous black and red nails. I started going to this salon in 2020, they were okay but a little pricey for the area. A few years later, September 2025, I found my way back here. Most of the staff is very nice, but some are not and couldn't do what you asked them without cutting or burning your finger. I have been mostly happy with what I have gotten, but its absolutely not even close to what its is worth. Below is some inspo I came in with and what I got. It was ok, not breathtaking, and I feel that I could have done better. I come to pay and the ladies at the desk are going back and fourth about what they should charge like two men taking advantage of a young girl at the car mechanic. Then they say 97 DOLLARS. My jaw was on the floor- absolutely OUTRAGEOUS, not even remotely close to 97$, even 50 could've been a stretch. I have gotten sets since then and they just had too many errors to correct. I went home and fixed them myself and im just going to continue doing that. All the supplies they use and more cost no more than 40$ all together, they're robbing you at this place. I used to come here all the time so I figured I would get a much needed manicure and pedicure today.. thought it would be relaxing .. Made an appointment and waited 10 mins past my appointment time.. Between no hot water for my $70 pedicure and the constant talking and cell phone use- it was anything but relaxing.. to top it all off my manicure involved blood and painful handling of my nails.. see picture .. while I was checking out and paying $100, I told the person about my experience and not only did they not look up to acknowledge me once but they didn't say anything to remedy the situation... I definitely wasn't expecting such a nice spa! Especially in Webster, MA. Everything is extremely clean and very upscale. I felt like I was walking into a spa in the middle of NY City! Julie was my nail tech and she did an absolutely fabulous job with my pedicure. She was very outgoing and friendly. Loved her! The have a surprisingly extensive menu of services. Hair, nails, waxing, etc. The prices were good, considering the atmosphere was way above average when compared to other salons. I was tempted to get a fancy picture on my toes because I saw a few pictures on their Instagram but decided on a simple French pedicure instead. Next time though! Just a heads up- they only take cash tips so make sure you bring it- and tip well! read more

I absolutely love the place. It was my first time here but when I walked in, it was very clean and modern. I loved the vibe. The employees are super friendly. I normally go to a spot in RI but since I work in Dudley, this salon will be the spot! Very divine. The only nail salon around that doesn't play judge Judy or dr.phil. I can only watch the girl that thinks Eminem got her pregnant explain it to dr.phil so many times. They usually play HGTV which makes my mom happy. And when my moms happy, she pays for my nails, so I'm happy. Besides the tv's which I honestly think are make it or break it for nail salons, it's beautiful inside. There's like a nail tech bar style to do your nails and a more private room for pedicures. They are precise and really put work into my nails and making sure they're perfect, which I appreciate so much. The pricing is the same as any salon in the area but my nails come out looking 10/10 read more

I should start by saying that my pedicure was great and my nail tech was attentive and did great work. I was thinking I had a new spot I could enjoy. However, when it came to the dip manicure and the subsequent customer service I will not be returning. I chose two colors based off the samples. When they came out they looked a tiny bit off so I double checked the numbers and names to see they matched. Having had dip for years, I know that the colors often dries different than the powder itself. After the tech finished it was clear these colors did not match. I brought it to the attention of the woman at the front, sharing that they might want to look into it she was dismissive. She told me "Ya they fade a bit in the front because of the sun" and when I emphasized how different they were she told me " yes well next time you can ask them to do a sample for you". I've never seen the sun fade something this way and as a customer I should be able to trust the samples. She could tell I wasn't satisfied with the response and said she would speak to her manager. Their solution was that for free they would paint over it with a gel coating but if I wanted a different dip I would need to pay for that. Not only would a gel coating make my nail look incredibly clunking over layers of dip, but I should not have to pay for a product error on their end. I would have been okay if they took ownership of it, but did not appreciate essentially being told this was my fault read more

I am so glad I decided to go here, originally I was going somewhere else but they told me they did not have time for me so I looked up another close nail salon and it brought me here....BLESSED!! I got a fill it cost $20 dollars which is not bad The place is extremely clean and they are very welcoming, you sign in with the iPad and you pick your color from the table and they go grab it for you, even if you just want regular polish which I thought was awesome!! Even got a little hand massage which was no more than a minute on each hand but nail salons just don't do that anymore so I was thrilled. It was my first time in here and I went in for a dip manicure. The staff are all friendly and seem to enjoy their job. They are taking extra precautions for covid which made me feel pretty safe. Manicurist was very nice, she did an okay job...not the best I have had but also not the worst. $43 dollars for a dip...not sure if I'll be back. We will see how this holds up! read more

The receptionist went over the differ types of nails applications available. I opted to try the dip procedure and am very happy with the results. Divine offers just about anything your heart desires. I went to another nail salon and got a full set of acrylics, they were awful and I needed a fill after 8 days. I decided to come here and it was really great. $32 for a fill with gel polish, maybe pricey but they look amazing. My nails actually look natural and the environment was beautiful! Went here last week to get a gel pedicure. My friend and I both got them done and mine came out great, but unfortunately for her, hers did not (see attached picture). The woman painted them extremely sloppy, and instead of wiping away the gel all over her skin before it dried, she proceeded to dry her toes with the gel all over her skin. When she did this there was now no way of getting the gel off the skin except for maybe a dremel. But instead of trying this the women literally proceeded to cut the skin off with clippers that had the nail polish on it. When my friend complained after this, the women tried to fix it by filing the skin which literally made her bleed. When this started to happen my friend stopped her, and the woman proceeded to say that she couldn't fix it and to come back eventually. I requested the $50 back from the owner since I paid for her and after trying to talk us out of it for 5 mins he reluctantly gave me my money back and apologized and told her that she could still come back to get them fixed. When she went back today to get them fixed, the owner legitimately laughed in her face and told her since he refunded he was not going to fix them (even though he told us he still would). He was extremely rude and basically lied to us the day we actually got the pedicures. Long story short, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. As good as my woman was with my pedicure, between the bleeding and the customer service, I am absolutely appalled. read more

Worst pedicure I ever had. Not only did my toes look horrible, she got gel polish all over my skin, dried it and then proceeded to cut my skin away in chunks to remove it also (she also filed my raw skin down until it was bleeding) My nails were unevenly cut as well. The owner was hesitant to refund me my money ( mind you I couldnt walk right all night ) he also said to come back and get them fixed. When i went back he refused to fix them and also gave me a hard time about removing the polish that was plastered on my nails. read more

I was in Webster today on business and REALLY needed to get my nails done after work. I used Yelp to find a place and decided on Divine. I could not have been happier! Divine is without a doubt divine! It is THE most professional, modern, and impeccably clean nail salon I have ever visited, not to mention the perfect great gel manicure the friendly technician, Nguyen, gave me. One of my pet peeves with nail salons is you can call and make an appointment, but when you arrive they don't always honor the appointment. Not at Divine. I called the salon in the morning and made my appointment. I received a text message confirming the appointment and when I arrived they seated me promptly at one of the 15+ stations. Bonus? They are competitively priced! I hope my business brings me back to Webster or maybe I'll just travel from CT to get my nails done from now on. read more

I love this place but in this day of Covid they seat customers too close to each other and don't have dividers between customers. They do have dividers between you and nail tech but need to either seat you 6 feet apart or get more plexiglass dividers. Not sure ill go back for this reason alone. I stopped in and was immediately greeted by someone at the front desk, I signed in at the IPad and someone came to get me within minutes. My nails look great-Thank you Linda (3). My first trip to this salon was mediocre which is why I am giving 4 stars rather than 5. I had a ton of lift after my first full set. However i came back because second chances are everything ! I am so glad i did. I decided at my fill to change the shape of my nail and the nail tech was extrememly patient with me throughout this visit. She also made sure to remove all if the lift and repair accordingly. (I have been to establishments that just fill over the lift and yuck!) I will be going back for sure and making appointments with Linda for sure ! read more

Love this salon!!! So professional, clean, and accommodating. They are always up to date with the latest trends. I get my nails and eyelashes done here and I always leave happy. I went to Divine with friends to get manicures and pedicures for a friend's wedding. The salon is absolutely gorgeous, and Nancy did a fantastic job. She was really quick but the job she did was perfect. The entire staff was so wonderful and welcoming, and the bride was over the moon with her nails. From the outside, this place looks like your average strip mall nail salon. On the inside, the space is huge, classy, and immaculate. The techs are super friendly and helpful. They have more polish colors than I've ever seen. Every file, callous remover, etc. is discarded after each use, so you get brand new tools each visit. The technicians work carefully to make sure you're happy with the product. They cost more than other area salons, but it's worth every penny. I had my nails done for my wedding, and after two weeks, not a single gem had fallen off until the day of my next appointment. Can't recommend enough! read more
