Today when 2 o clock came around my gf hasn't said anything about receiving her flowers yet so I called them to see the status of the delivery. Upon calling they said that they're very busy today and that the flowers will not get delivered by 3 o clock. So I wanted to just cancel the order for a refund but they said they can do a store credit. I said I will not be shopping there for flowers anymore due to this experience. The whole point was for the flowers to be delivered to my gf at her work place for an early Mother's Day flowers. I ended up driving there to get the flowers to just bring it home. If I wanted to get flowers the day off I would have just purchase the flowers on Sunday from any florist for a way cheaper price. My flowers were 150 before taxes and the arrangement was so small for that price . Was definitely not worth my money and hassle.

Customer service was excellent and I was sent a photo before delivery and was sent a text message when the delivery arrived. Communication was prompt which I was very happy with.
