This time the girl didn't open them at all. She just gave us the box rung my husband up and we walked out. By the time we got home which was 45 minutes away I opened the box up, and the shoes were dirty and had been used. The white souls look like they had been walked in the dirt with. When I called the girl back, she acted so nonchalant as if it happens. Those were her exact words oh, I'm sorry, it happens. I can only imagine what this girl's feet look like and if she wears dirty shoes and is OK with it.
