Fusion Zaffa helped us have an AMAZING and lively grand entrance to our wedding. It was so much fun and exciting!! We are so happy that we chose to work with them! Our guests are still telling us about how much they loved all of the drummers and how much more fun they had dancing during the grand entrance because of Fusion Zaffa being there. Our non-Middle Eastern guests were also impressed and dancing. My husband and I also had a blast during the grand entrance. Fusion Zaffa added an energy and excitement that was unmatched. They even got us involved by encouraging us to try out the drumming too! We give them 5 stars and beyond and highly recommend them to any couple looking to hire a Zaffa for their wedding in the future. They were definitely one of the highlights of our special day! I'm writing this review eight months after my wedding, but that's only because life got in the way -- not because the Zaffa group didn't leave a lasting impression. In fact, their performance is still one of the highlights everyone talks about! From the moment they arrived, the energy, coordination, and sheer talent they brought were incredible. They truly set the tone for the celebration and had our guests completely captivated. The music, the drumming, the dancing -- it was all perfectly choreographed and delivered with such passion and professionalism. You could tell they genuinely love what they do. Even months later, friends and family still mention how amazing the Zaffa was. It was the perfect kickoff to our wedding festivities, and I can't recommend them enough. Wow is how I would describe Sammo and his wonderful crew! Truly a highlight of our wedding. We started the wedding with such an amazing energy and it didn't stop until it was 1 Am! The entrance is beyond amazing and what I had expected. I was hesitant about having a zaffa group but I am SO GLAD! THE BEST ZAFFA COMPANY EVER. I had a traditional Palestinian zaffa at my wedding and they were so full of life. So organized and responsive. My family from Palestine was shocked at how incredibly authentic and lively it was. I would recommend a minimum of six people for it to feel really full and alive. Our second time working with Fusion and they are an absolute blast! We had Fares be a drummer for our engagement party, and then hired the whole crew to do our wedding a year later. They're easy to work with and sign a contract for/deposit, and then they always show up on time and ready to party. We booked this zaffa group for my brother's quarantine drive by graduation! It was so so much fun, honestly they made the party. We got two drummers (one was samo) and they rode in on a Jeep with drums and music! Everyone was so excited and my brother was very surprised! They were a MUST for our wedding reception & all of our guests have mentioned it after the date as one of the most fun weddings & I really think a big part of that was the zaffeh kicking it off! Where to start and how to put my appreciation and satisfaction in the right words? I contacted Sam in May literally 5 days before the Wedding and not only he made it happen but also he made the Wedding a happening with his exceptional Zaffa. The team were excellent from the drummers to the Saxophone. I requested modern Lebanese Zaffa because majority of the guests were a young crowd. When I was planning my wedding I was back and forth on whether or not I wanted to book a zaffe group. Don't be dumb like me. Don't hesitate- absolutely book Fusion for all of your entertainment needs for your happy events. They were one of the smoothest processes working together from the booking to the planning to the actual performances. I initially wanted a zaffe as a surprise for my groom- but I suck at keeping secrets and told him. When the day of the wedding came, during and after the performances- every single person in attendance was genuinely blown away. We did a home zaffe, a grand entrance, as well as the add on harp performance. This was quite possibly the best money spent on the whole event. They will help you find your seat or buy what you want. They have beer and wine and snacks. You can have them in the lobby or in their adorable outdoor seating error. I don't think you can take in anything but water, I just don't recall. They also have soda and all their snacks are in the cute logo bags. You can tell the volunteers are proud of this place and they should be. There is not a bad seat in the house. The seats are comfortable and the entire space is spotless. You can even go outside if you need a break or there is an intermission. We took out grandson to the see The Bill Withers Songbooks and it was amazing. The sound was perfect. The singer and his band were just great and he sounded like Mr. Withers. He also did some of his own music and it was great. Getting in and out is easy. The patrons are nice. The group is based out of Florida, so having them come through town felt like a real treat. They played all the hits, the frontman even has a resemblance to Barry, and you could tell that when fully healthy, his pipes can absolutely hit every note. The dance team and studio director Jami Gobee puts an enormous amount of stress on these dancers and then criticizes them when they can't handle the stress. She refused to allow any medical accommodations that were provided, and repeatedly told us that she knows more as a dancer than our surgical doctor and therefore wouldn't accept the notes!! Instead of allowing accommodations, she made punishing threats and forced my child to take all of her classes when she was injured and sick. With every request, I received a cold and rigid response like the one copied from the other reviewer. Jami and her dance teachers regularly humiliated and ridiculed my child for her anxiety when they were the root cause of that anxiety, and told her that her dancing was getting worse (I wonder why....). Anxiety increased exponentially during her time at Fusion, and dropped almost instantly once we left. Jami told the entire dance team not to talk to us when we left, which speaks volumes to her character. They are all afraid of this woman. I would love to say that this is a good studio, but Jami creates an unhealthy environment for youth that I would not recommend to anyone. So unfortunate and so misguided.

Zaffa Fusion first performed at my grandmothers 80th birthday last December. We were all so impressed with their performance, our guests including all the employees of the venue came to watch them. We booked Kun Seng Keng to do a lion dance at my wedding reception recently and their performance really set the party off the right way. The team, recently having placed 3rd place in the US in a national competition in Texas, delivered a world class routine with lively music and synchronized choreography. Roger and his team were beyond professional, showed up early to our event, were very responsive with communication, interacted with the guests, and posed for a picture-perfect photo op towards the end of the routine. The price was reasonable and the overall experience was very pleasant - I would not hesitate to book them again for any big events in the future.

Roger was our point of contact and super sweet & responsive throughout the planning process. I loved that we were able to pick our lions and the languages for the banners. They were super accommodating when we requested a certain routine and the whole team were all super sweet to the young kids, older adults, and everyone in between. We received feedback from a lot of guests and most of them (if not all) mentioned how the lion dance was one of their favorite parts of the night. I highly highly highly recommend working with them if you're having a big event coming up! Can't thank Roger & the team enough :)
