OMG! I don't know where to even begin. I went in the store and described the problem I was having with my desktop. Met and dealt with a gentleman name Lloyd. LLOYD YOUR THE BEST! He rest assure me, eased my mind and explain EVERYTHING to me on getting my computer up and running again for one price plus tax. I asked him, " you will not call me and then tell me my computer is fixed and charge me more money like your competitor the Laptop Shop next door"? I told him I heard about their negative reviews and this is why I came to Future Tech instead? He said "no, it will be this price plus tax." I explained to him why I needed my computer fixed. I told him my husband is deployed which he is and we Skype twice a week. He has such a caring spirit & treated me like I was family, that he said he did not want me to miss a Skype call from my husband. He told me "I will make it my priority to fix your computer and have up and running so you can Skype with your husband." He went WAY beyond the call of duty and that same day he had it ready. I brought my seven year old desktop computer into Future Tech on a Friday morning without calling in advance. Owner Richard Harrell quickly and correctly diagnosed a hard drive failure. As it happened, he had a brand new replacement computer with much better specs than mine available at an extremely reasonable price. I purchased the new computer and Richard was able to port over my critical data via Linux, even though the old hard drive won't boot up anymore. I have used Future Tech for at least 4+years. My first visit was for a printer that was not working. It was repaired that day and has worked ever since. A year later, my laptop hard drive crashed and could not be repaired. When I purchased my new laptop, they transferred all my information from the old to the new which saved me a lot of document duplication. Since then, I call them and they keep my computer updated and in quick running order. They are my go to guys for computers and printers. The service has always been quick and very reasonable. After using a larger computer repair place that was closer to home and finding that they did not solve problems with my computer correctly, and sold me repairs for something that did not fix the problem, and then charging me more for the repair that did fix the problem, I decided to try Future Tech for my next problem. Great/fantastic! This is the kind of place you wish you could find for every problem you have, even if it's not of an electronic nature! I found these folks on the internet, and I'm glad I did. I took a big multi-function Brother printer/fax/scanner to them and they got my problem fixed while I had lunch, so I didn't have to make another trip to the 'big city'. I went in with a Brother printer that wouldn't work and was greeted by Jacob. They were able to use the printer's own cleaning capability to clean the jets and restore my printer's functionality although it took them around 40 mins. Nonetheless I left the store with a working printer and for all that they charged me nothing. These guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful to the max.
