The shop was dark and seemed rather disorganized. After entering I was not greeted for a couple of minutes. The walls had shelving units which had product on them that I assume is either for sale or for that matter may of been there for repair. The floor was also filled with TVs lined up. Behind the counter there were ticketed items probably there for repair. We weren't greeted with any enthusiasm and when I told him I had been here before he seem to care less. We knew we wanted the tv fixed we just wanted to know what worst case scenario was and we were repeatedly told... I need to look at it. It will be 25 dollars to look at it. I told him it would be fine with it I just wanted to find out what worst case would be I was told by the attendant, "I know what you're trying to do. You just want to get away with not paying 25 dollars." I proceeded to tell him that I was fine and that I wanted to give him my business but I just was trying to find out how much it would be worst case scenario and he proceeded to tell me that he can't because he has to look at it. He also told me that I didn't even have a model number or what it was. I told them I had it and he still told me he still had to charge me 25 dollars. Look, I understand the 25 dollars. In fact I was going to bring back the TV that same day if he told me what worst case would be. He didn't. He told me to leave and go somewhere else. Which was rude as all hell. So I did. And I was treated respectfully and I ended up buying a new TV. Thanks for nothing Arcadia TV. Don't bother unless you have the tv on you and you want to spend 25 dollars cause you won't know until you spend it. Stay away. read more

I took in my 37 inch Vizio tv because out of nowhere, there was no picture just sound. The manager was the one who helped me and was very accommodating with all of my questions. He told me that it was $45 for an estimate, but it would be subtracted from my final total. He also informed me that I would get a 90 day warranty on my tv. As soon as he looked at it, he explained in detail what the problem was and that it would be ready the next day. I was really impressed on how the manager took the time to explain everything to me, instead of just giving me a price. I was also so surprised that it would be ready so soon! But the great service didn't stop there! I was running late from work the following day to pick up my tv, so I called at 5:30 to see what time they closed. The manager answered the phone and told me they close at 6:00pm, but said he would wait for me to pick up my tv!!!! I got there around 6:15 and he opened up the shop just for me. He didn't try to rush me out, and even went over what he did to my tv. The picture looked sharper than ever and he cleaned it as well. I was so thankful and impressed for every accommodation the manager did for me. The service was exceptional and I never felt like I was taken advantage of. Took my sony big screen tv in because it has issues turning off and going black on the screen. I just got this tv and I didn't want to get rid of it just because it was new had just went past its one year warranty. I was recommended by a friend to stop by the shop on Ayers street. Got my my flat screen LED tv fixed and it works perfect now. The Service is professional and honest. i have been a customer of arcadia for over 10 years my Samsung lcd 50" will not power on.they check the tv and i was told that just about all Samsung televisions from that year have power supply problems.some caps need to be replace.they fix my tv and i was told they upgrade and change all the caps at no extra charge,i highly recommend them they are very nice and professional read more
