    Honestly, I wish I could give this place no stars. I have never received such poor customer…read moreservice. Firstly, I have my perfectly working phone's battery replaced. This was over 2 weeks ago. Everything was fine until I got home and the keypad was not working. Every time I tried to open my keyboard, it would not come up. I take my phone back and wait over an 1 for the guy to tell me it was an update that caused this issue. He then tells me he will look into the matter and message me when he has more Information. I wait a week and did not hear anything so I message him and ask if he has sorted out the issue? Nope, he can try a few things and hope it works. Tonight I try and call the store because Google says their are open from 11 to 9. I tried calling twice and receive a message "text only". Please keep in mind my phone has now not worked for 2 weeks. I explain the situation and say I am leaving overseas tomorrow and is there anything that can be done for me. I get told to message the guy who changed my battery. I can not believe I am being bounced around. I just want my phone to work. I have attached the conversation and how unprofessional this guy was. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I will also be taking steps to report them to the better business bureau I have been extremely patient and understanding and then to be treated like this. I am shocked!

    Only good thing that came from this was my phone getting fixed (that's the 1 star you see). Other…read morethan that the service was not good. Its a run around to get any straight information and delays for no reason. First of all the clerk ordered the wrong part for my phone (lucky thing I caught that and told him to change it). Next I was told to come pick up my phone as the repair would be done in in an hour or so. I even gave them to the next day as I was busy yet they said the part still wasn't ordered.Yet they found the part in the back area when they took a look? Confusing and unclear. Not to mention they almost lost my phone case and tried to tell me it was my fault (lucky thing he found it when he looked around). Now this last part is more on the business itself not this specific location (I hope). They have a 50$ non refundable fee you pay on top of whatever you need to pay for repairs. I was told it was an assurance fee....Yet whenever I go to other places like Infrared Repair there is no such fee. My first and last time there for sure.

    I would give this place zero stars if I could. My husband brought his phone in after it dropped and…read morethe screen cracked. Everything else about his phone was working except his screen was cracked. We get it back after months of communication and we're out a phone and the cost of fixing the screen. Long post below. Order of events over 3 months! 1. We were charged more than we should have been. He originally told us a price, we said no, he lowered it and we said OK. After we realized that this lowered price was $40 more than what it should have been (which they did end up crediting). 2. When we recieved the phone back, there was service issues and the phone dropped calls, didn't ring etc. 3. When we asked them to fix it, we were told it wasn't anything they did and it would cost more money for them to fix. We went back and forth with them for weeks. 4. Then the phone started to split in half where they glued the side which impacted the charging port. 5. When we took it back in we told them to check the service too. They FINALLY, a month+ later admitted it was thier fault, fixed the charging port and said they fixed the service. 6. Service still wasn't fixed. 7. Not even 2 weeks later the phone screen turned red and wouldn't turn on anymore. The guy said it wasn't his fault and that we would have to pay again to get the screen fixed. (This is where I found out we overpaid the first time). 8. I said absolutely not and grabbed the phone back from him. I said I'm out 165.00 + a working phone and now you want me to pay an additional $120! 9. After grabbing the phone back I saw that the back of the phone was all jutting out. I went back to him and asked what is going on. He opened the phone up and said oh its not the screen that's broken its the battery that's swelled and has now pulled the cords out. Soooo he admitted that he didn't even open the phone to see what the issue was after having the phone for 2 days. 10. He told me if I replaced the battery it would work again and that the signal would work. 11. I said fine replace the battery. He told me he replaced it with a Samsung brand new battery. He put a different sim card in the phone and I had close to full bars. He said it's a rogers issue (the signal) and not the phone. 12. I then took my phone to rogers who was looking into the signal issue and while doing this the lady told me the phone was getting really hot. I told her I just had the battery replaced. She asked if it was with a Samsung battery, I said he told me that. She said only places with a Samsung authorized dealer sticker will have Samsung parts (this shop does not). So he lied. 13. I went back to the store and he told me that the battery is heating up because of the motherboard and not that it wasnt a real samsung battery. That that was the issue with the old battery and why it swelled up. I asked why he wouldn't tell me the issue is the motherboard and that it would need to be replaced and if not the new battery would do the same thing. He told me "it works now". 14. I told him that the problem will happen again if this is the case and it would be a bigger waste of money and to remove the battery and refund me the money for the battery. 15. Now we have a cell phone that is less than 2 years old that cost 850.00 + the 120 that cost to fix the screen that doesn't work at all! 16. When we picked it up this is what it looked like. The whole time he kept telling me that when a phone drops they don't know what all the issues are and all these issues were present because the phone dropped. The thing is is that we had the phone for a month after the screen cracked and the only thing wrong was the Crack in the screen. DO NOT go to this place for anything! I wish we went to a different store that cost more money to originally get the phone fixed. Now we have no phone out all this money and because he can't turn the phone on he can't get everything off his phone.

This happened 20 days after I bought the cover. His idiotic response was to say not his problem. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL PERSON!
