I found that when they reassembled the phone they left out, lost or stole multiple screws that should have been replaced, failed to preserve or replace the protective sticker required for using NFC and left out, lost or stole multiple small metal pieces that cover and hold in place the important wire connections in the device.

Had a cracked screen on a Google pixel 7 pro which I took…read morein to have replaced. After making an appointment and heading out via uber to the place of business, I arrive to find that there is no one there. I call later on and was told they had perhaps slipped out for a coffee. I had waited over half an hour and then took another uber to go home after trying to call the business number. I finally got the business later that day and was told.they would fix it immediately while I wait. I tool another uber there and expected them to fix it while I waited. They said that they needed an extra part and I would need to leave until t he following day. Another uber back home and then back again the next day. (Having had a recent knee injury , I was unable to take TTC) The next day , I get there , pay for repair and receive a receipt which says the phone was guaranteed for 90 days. On clerks recommendation , i purchase an expensive OTTERBOX case to avoid breaking screen again. Within a week , i.receive case and as I'm installing it, the screen cracked as I snap it on! In addition , I realize that the earpiece stopped working after repair! I needed to use the speaker or Bluetooth ear buds to answer a call. I then return to the store a week or so later and was told that the cracked screen would only be repaired for an additional $120 charge! The earpiece was also still broken I later discover. After much discussion, I begrudgingly hand over the money and was told I'd receive a receipt via email.... none was sent. A couple of weeks later , the screen started to detach from the phone !! After paying for the same repair , the phone was unusable due to faulty careless repair work. I was given such grief by this place I just could NOT go back as they would not repair without charging extra! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
