They did the best they could with it and performed a satisfactory enough job that I returned with another device at a later date. I recently took it upom myself to take apart the android device sellteck had repaired in order replace the screen again. I found that when they reassembled the phone they left out, lost or stole multiple screws that should have been replaced, failed to preserve or replace the protective sticker required for using NFC and left out, lost or stole multiple small metal pieces that cover and hold in place the important wire connections in the device.

Yes I do remember you Nima. You pulled up in your tacky Audi R8, sat down and proceeded to tell me…read morethat there was nothing you could do after breaking my brand new phone. Unfortunately I remember this incident and just wanted to let everyone know how poorly I was treated after you scammed me. I'm sure this has happened to other people but they were to polite to come forward. Anyways I hope this help others stay away from your SCAM OF A BUSINESS!! Your better off getting a new phone Re: there's a difference between a crack on the screen and the phone not turning on after. I know you don't remember a lot of things. It took you 15 minutes to find my phone in all of the garbage in your shipping container store. (who knows if that was even my phone) Maybe you should invest In some education and better parts so you can fix people's phones properly. You're lack of humility and denial in this situation shows what kind of service you will get. I'm glad you showed your true colours. SCAM!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I just got on a call with them…read moreafter a wait for 3 hours. Bloody idiots, first of all they canceled my account 2 days before the due date of the payment. I asked them to restore my service, they did but with a new plan which was way higher than my original plan. The representative was super rude to me saying it is your fault not to make a payment. Dude, at least ask me what happened, why late payment. I went through a surgery and was in recovery so I missed a payment. There was no apology from this moron. I asked for the representative to connect me the supervisor, she said it will take more than 2 hours to connect due to long wait times. I wonder why because their services have SO MANY issues that their lines are ALWAYS BUSY. I asked to send me a feedback call, she said an email will be sent after the call, and it's been an hour now and no email is there. If I break the contract now, they will get free money from me via the early termination fee, so I am stuck with this SHITTY company till my contract expires.

They are now charging me double on all 3 lines than agreed upon. When I provided them with written proof they say they can't honor it. If they can't honor written commitments from there employees than anything they offer is invalid. Anyone thinking of making the switch should be very careful and specially when it comes time for renewal. There online complaint process is a joke, nobody ever returns your phone call. Even there escalation team can't help.

I've been to this location multiple times to see Bhavik. He always delivers good news! My first…read morevisit was after my iPhone became water damaged in Thailand a year ago. I originally brought it to another mobile repair shop and was told there was absolutely no hope to recover my vacation photos and that my phone could not be saved, which was absolutely devastating news. I brought it to Mobile Klinik for a second opinion and Bhavik worked hard and fast to successfully retrieve my invaluable photos and even got my phone to work again!! During the time it was in his hands, he provided me regular updates via email and phone to let me know what was going on. You can imagine how grateful I was at this miracle! My most recent visit was for my fiancé's Samsung S7 which had a cracked screen and inflated battery that had tore the phone's seam apart. He had it fixed in 24 hours. Before I said yes to the Samsung repair, Bhavik did some testing on the phone to ensure the motherboard and charge port were not damaged from the fake charger my fiancé had used. Phone technicians are like mechanics to us regular people - you have no choice but to trust them to perform quality work and to not rip you off. Once you find an honest technician, don't let them go! Thank you to the team at Mobile Klinik!

A Masterclass in How Not to Run a Business…read more I'm writing this review so no one else has to go through what we did. I chose Mobile Klinik to buy an iPhone as a Mother's Day gift specifically because of their reputation as a trusted Canadian brand. What followed was four cancelled transactions across two buyers, zero communication, and $530 frozen in limbo for up to 12 business days. Here's how it works: you place the order, payment goes through, and then hours later it's silently cancelled. No explanation. No heads up. We went through this cycle four times before realising that Mobile Klinik apparently cancels orders from overseas customers, or out of province as a "security measure" even when paying from a canadian bank account -- something that is mentioned absolutely nowhere on their website at any point during checkout. Mother's Day came and went with no gift and no money. Their customer service team responded with copy-paste replies, couldn't provide a refund reference number, couldn't escalate, and couldn't do anything to make it right. For a company with physical locations across Canada and a polished website, the operational reality is shockingly poor. They take your money instantly but returning it is apparently a 12-business-day ordeal. Do yourself a favour, use Orchard or buy directly from Apple. Mobile Klinik is not worth the stress.

This place has been open for a few years, and looks to have a sister shop elsewhere in the city, going by googling the name, even though the sign looks different it's pretty close. They have a great selection of accessories with their phone cases clearly labeled and easy to find on the shelves. I asked about Apple Airtag cases and no bueno there tho. At the back there is a repair counter with fairly good prices, and in line with most of the other neighboring shops like this one. If you need a new screen, or new battery, this would be a good place to get a cash price especially for an older or cheap phone. Don't take your expensive newer iPhone here as you could likely end up with a downgrade in the parts, and instead go across the street to Jump Plus and get Apple genuine parts. That said, we came here for yet another new screen protector for an iPhone 11 Pro that's still under warranty. I could have taken that phone back to Costco and got a new SP for free under warranty, but since the phone isn't with me any more, it's easier to just go here and pay $15 cash and done. We grabbed a new bling case for $12 for the iPhone and the dude even gave us a deal on a display model personal USB fan, wowsa!
