Friendly service and interesting donut flavours. Ready to pick up and baked fresh every day. We had the orange creamsicle, ube, brûlée, Boston cream, apple fritter. V good and lighter than Donut Party - a good thing.

It's great to have a nice donut shop on the north side of the city. The lady working at the counter was knowledgeable about the ingredients when I inquired about a food allergy. I ordered the lemon meringue and key lime pie donuts. Both were fresh and flavourful. I look forward to trying more flavours!

Fuzion Donuts just had their west Edmonton grand opening this past weekend! The store has a few tables and chairs on both sides for you to sit and enjoy your donuts and drinks. The store ambiance setting itself is very fresh and bright with pictures of fresh ingredients and donuts. When you walk up to the front counter you will see two rows that showcase the donuts that they have for the day. You get to see up front in person what each donut looks like. They have 3 tiers of donuts: Deluxe which are cream filled, Classic and Basic. They come in many varieties and there are a lot to pick from. I went with their most popular, creme brûlée which was absolutely delicious! I normally do not enough cream inside my donuts but most of the ones I choose had cream and were all very tasty. I had a chance to speak to the owner as well who told me about how the donut shop started. He wanted to own a business and had a friend who was a baker and the two came together and started Fuzion Donuts. Overall my experience was great, the owner went though the donuts and guided me through to help me since there were so many flavours to pick from and the donuts were soft, fluffy and delicious.

Okay yes 3 stars but this place may prove me wrong in the future. And I'm not a super donut person typically. We got a box of their donuts for a party and got an array of flavors. Less than half the donuts I tried I enjoyed. Some were super incredible like the Crème Brûlée, The Lychee Raspberry, and the Strawberry cheesecake. So let me tell you about those: the crème brûlée had the perfect sugary hard topping, and the donut itself was very fluffy fresh, with a lovely smooth cream filling. The Lychee Raspberry was so unique and finding chunks of lychee in the filling really hit the top notes for me being a lychee lover. Paired with a raspberry topping that was sweet with a hint of the raspberry sour was lovely on the palate. And the Strawberry cheesecake was a very fresh fluffy donut again with really nice texture and taste. Out of a box of 12 donuts these are the ones I would have again, perhaps they were the most fluffy, and possibly the most unique, but for sure the freshest. The rest of the donuts were ... alright. Root beer float, London Fog, Apple fritter, cinnamon bun, Boston cream, cookie dough, salted caramel, coconut cream pie, butter tart. 3 stars because previously I had the worst, I mean terrible couple donuts from them at the farmers market . They were so stale and way too over sweet and very over priced for a couple donuts that did not satisfy. So I've been tainted from that one experience but I'm glad I tried them again more recently because maybe I just had a couple really old stale ones the first time round.

They have a bunch of options available, everything looked so delicious and tasty. We just got one doughnut: the Summer Fog Long Jane. It had a strawberry and earl grey glaze on top. I was intrigued by it so we got this and it was delicious. The glaze was light, sweet, and flavorful. I love anything earl grey and it was wonderful. However I feel like I tasted a little more strawberry rather than earl grey. It would've been nice to have the earl grey flavor pop out a little bit more. The doughnut was great nonetheless. But what really surprised me was the doughnut dough itself. It was light, chewy, and unlike other doughnuts I've tasted before. It reminded me of desserts with a mochi-like consistency. Maybe they add a little bit of mochi flour in the dough, or something similar to that. Whatever they put in that dough is magic because it was so delicious. We only had space for one doughnut haha, but in the future I know we'll order more.

Dough is fluffy, not heavy and not overly sweet. The toppings are also well balanced. I grew up on Country Style donuts. This is not them - in all the good ways. Sophisticated flavours and well balanced flavour profiles. For instance, I love matcha and now, it is always heavily sweetened at coffee shops or in ice cream. Destination Donuts Matcha donut is perfect and preserves the original flavour. Wow!

Baked on site !! Can't get fresher than that. Ok.. so the prices are a bit high .$3.80 for one ! But these donuts are big.. and I mean ..BIG ! There's no plain donuts here .. these are all flavored . And their apple fritters are MASSIVE !!! I couldn't resist any of them .. but I settled for a creme brulee and an apple fritter ( which I gave to my boss ) . So delicious, I could have eaten a few more but decided not to over indulge ( easily done this time of year ) . If you're in the neighborhood and want a donut .. go here !!! No regrets . It's not a big shop but there's seating area if you want to stay . Clerk behind the counter gave me a few minutes to decide. She kind of figured out it was my first time.

So we got a selection of 4 - the fritter, the boozy eggnog french toast, the winter fog long jane, and one other one that I can't remember. To be honest the only one I didn't like was the fritter. It was really bland, not much in the apple, or rhubarb, or rose or cardamon flavour. Super disappointing. Every other one was delicous and lovely. especially the boozy eggnong french toast. That was our favourite. Although it was close to 6 bucks a donut, it is a little less than a piece of cake in most places, I think it is well worth it. I would like seeing what else they have.

I was introduced to DP years ago while enjoying brunch at a local cafe. Their cute signage and clever name caught my attention and I've been a PARTIER ever since. Their gigantic doughnuts, while big enough to share are better enjoyed on your own. Whoever said sharing is caring clearly didn't have a sweet sprinkle doughnut all to themselves. In shop they usually have 8 or so to choose from, from classic glazed to unique flavours like Raspberry Balsamic. Always fresh and always AMAZING! Sometimes they sell out, so get here early!
