I was intrigued by it so we got this and it was delicious. The glaze was light, sweet, and flavorful. I love anything earl grey and it was wonderful. However I feel like I tasted a little more strawberry rather than earl grey. It would've been nice to have the earl grey flavor pop out a little bit more. The doughnut was great nonetheless. But what really surprised me was the doughnut dough itself. It was light, chewy, and unlike other doughnuts I've tasted before. It reminded me of desserts with a mochi-like consistency. Maybe they add a little bit of mochi flour in the dough, or something similar to that. Whatever they put in that dough is magic because it was so delicious.
