Also just before helping me he made a similar transaction with my sister so this comment was unexpected and unnecessary. He was very back handed and treated me like I was not a worthy customer at his store. Terrible customer service and I will not recommend this store to anyone. If you want to go to a store where you will leave feeling uncomfortable and awkward this is the place to shop.

It was small business Saturday so the shop was very busy and tough to navigate. The smell in the store is heavenly and they have a wonderful selection of the Thymes fragrances and collections. My total with delivery came to $127.32 and it was one of the smallest floral arrangements on display. The card with our message was large enough to cover a good portion of the arrangement. I was very disappointed. I'm attaching a photo. My arrangement was the one with reddish-orange flowers. I placed it next to another arrangement to show the difference. Also, the flowers were starting to wilt one day after delivery.
