We always recommend Hector to our friends because he is very thorough and really knows what he is doing. Case in point, we were under contract for a house that we absolutely loved, but Hector found some hail damage on the roof among many other defects. We had to pull out of the deal due to the deficiencies that were found. It ended up being okay because we found another home we loved. Hector once again took his time to do the inspection, and even told us about small things that I wouldn't have noticed, such as escutcheon rings... what are those?! I am very happy we chose to hire H & R Inspections because he had the report ready for us to send over to our builder for any corrections within 24 hours. His report included pictures, descriptions, and many details that are relevant to any home buying experience. A senior inspector named Chad promptly came out to my property as scheduled at 9 AM last Wednesday to comprehensively inspect the functionality of my property. Maybe I caught him on a bad day or maybe there was some confusion at first, so I double checked the number afterward and it was definitely the correct business. Either way, first impressions and professionalism matter, especially when someone is calling for help with a home repair.
