I really like the new location as there is lots of parking, the store is spacious and bright inside and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The wall on the right side of the entrance changes with difference themes periodically. The store is laid out so there is lots of room to look around without getting in other people's way. The paper is displayed by theme along with stickers and embellishments. They carry some unique papers like printed acetate. Ink, markers, ribbon, stamps and die cuts are located near the back of the store. What I was so excited about was to see stamped images on watercolour paper. There was a selection of different images and greetings for cards, each sheet was $1.79. The images can be coloured with Copic markers, watercolour pencils or aqua painters. You cannot walk in and not buy anything. If you spend over ten dollars and you get one scrap buck which does not expire. They offer Saturday crops as well as the occasional weekend crop. The place is very bright and clean with an okay selection - it's definitely not the biggest that I've seen but I think you would get by for a project that you were working on. I love the idea of scrapbooking/creating and enjoying coffee at the same time - I didn't have a coffee though as I was on a mission for my letters! The customer service was lacking though as I asked for help finding anything with letters - stickers, stencils, anything. The lone employee told me that she was pretty sure they didn't have anything. I looked through the store and I found two separate packs of letter stickers and she was surprised when I brought them to the till. I get that you may not always know what's in stock, but I would have expected an employee to come out from behind the till (when she wasn't serving anyone at the time) to double check a few places where she may have seen the product I was seeking in the past. This store is out of the way for me on the north end of the City but it is conveniently located just off St. Albert Trail.

The staff is very knowledgeable from traditional methods to the current market of today. Their fabric options and colors are unsurpassed. Amount of notions, rulers and bag/purse hardware is surreal! Store Sales are held so often, because there is always a reason to celebrate us the customer, our birthday, the store birthday, the temperature outside etc. The staff support and help each other, a true team spirit! I visited this store on December 23,2025 This is a big…read morestore. Upon entry I notice i'm familiar similar odor that I experienced from other thrift store. I was not impressed at all with their prices. For used item they are pricey especially if they get there inventory from donations. They're selection is massive. I only explored about five percent of the store. I found this jacket that they were selling for $20.99 and cost co is selling it for $14.99 (on sale). I had to do something about that price!!! I asked the front desk to look up the real value of the item. I don't recommend this store. Winners /Marshall's wells cheaper items than this store.

A bit smaller than the Whyte Ave location but it has a great selection of clothes and goods. Nice and clean inside. There is a donation drop off zone outside. A large parking lot services the strip mall so you should never have an issue with parking. I like this store as it is way less busy than the Whyte Ave location so that makes the shopping experience a bit better.

I was super impressed by the selection and great prices. It gives me a Scandinavian similar box store vibe if you catch my drift. I was surprised to find that Jysk had better prices on a lot of stuff. After looking through the store, I wound up deciding to order online. And this is where this location earns its stars. What I didn't know was even though it says "local delivery" online they use a different shipping company. So even though my furniture was coming from this location it wasn't delivered by the same people. So when I waited around all evening during my scheduled delivery window I wasn't impressed. After placing a call to the store, the gentleman I spoke to in the warehouse was so helpful and apologetic. Within 10 minutes he had returned my call, after speaking to the online store (who had no record of my delivery at all) and offered me several solutions. I wasn't happy my delivery was missed, but I'm super happy with how it was handled by the Sherwood Park location.
