What is disappointing is that moist items are made in China so you don't know if they are full of cadmium or lead. Be careful with the decorative glass jars or glass soap dishes because they are painted colours over clear glass that can peel off. One needs a good eye to spot painted glass versus real colored glass. If you see an item you like you better buy it because it may never appear again. Prices are reasonable but fakes abound. Kind of strange that some other reviewers are posting 5 stars and talking specifically about the commonly reported negative things on Yelp not happening to them. I'd do your research on this place and take the glowing reviews with a grain of salt. Questionable practices here and there are just too many of us having the same kind of bad experience for it to be a coincidence.

Once inside it's pretty basic, mattresses everywhere, all sizes and wrapped up with a few beds as testers so you can see how soft it firm they are. The flash sale was for show room stock and most of hem were still in he plastic so they weren't weren't used! I got a high quality Queen mattress for $460 (originally $1300)and it includes a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer. What a bargain! The sales lady was super helpful and she advised they do delivery from $60. I'll definitely be recommending this place to anyone in the market for a new mattress on a budget :)

The owner explained that he…read morehas less overhead expenses as it is a small showroom with no advertisement and thereby can sell it cheaper rate compared to other stores. We wanted a mattress with pocket coils and firm. We selected a mattress, which they said had 1110 pocket coils. He delivered it in the same day evening and me and my husband slept in the new mattress on the same day. unfortunately we could not find any pocket coil effect and mattress felt like wood. We were using a mattress with more than 600 pocket coils and firm and the new one was worse than the old one. I could not sleep on this new mattress. We had tried the mattress in store by laying down on it. It was okay. but I understood that we need to try it at least one night sleep to know about the mattress. Next day morning we went to the shop and called the owner over phone and explained our experience and shared him that we want to return or exchange the item. He did not agree and in the middle of the conversation he hang up the phone on us. If you want to buy a good mattress go to a good shop. They give 3 to 4 months trial time to return/ exchange and provide better customer care options. Don't waste your hard earned money here.
