Pros: The nurse practitioners here are adequate for very basic care needs, and they have a lot of availability for appointments. Cons: Here's why they have so much availability. Apex demands that every patient take a urine drug screening at every refill visit, or they won't refill your controlled meds. They also pretty regularly forget to send your med refills in, even when it is the sole reason for your visit. They also put in imaging orders wrong, then argue with you when you call to correct them, then quietly send in the right orders after an imaging specialist calls to tell them the same thing you did. Review Breakdown: My expectations for healthcare are rock-bottom low, so adequate care in reasonable time would be enough for 4 stars. The blanket drug screening policy brought it down to 3 stars. Arguing about imaging orders for no discernible reason brought it down to 2. After all that, forgetting to send in the one (1) non-controlled med we discussed at length brought it down to 1 star. Soapbox: In 22 clinics in 4 different states, I have never encountered a practice that considers it their prerogative to routinely test for criminal drug activity in EVERY patient. This is not a regulatory requirement, it is a personal policy at Apex, and I draw the line at peeing in a cup just because it makes them feel better.

I had multiple knee surgeries last year. Without her I wouldn't have made the recovery I did. Her patient care skills are on point! She listened to me and helped me push when needed and helped me be ok with slowing down when needed. When I knew I'd need another surgery this year (shoulder) there was never a question I'd return to her care. I had a little hiccup with billing as well at no fault of the office. I recommend everyone contact their own insurance and then call the billing office to straighten up things.

This shows in how clean it is inside, how happy clients are, and the many awesome milestones this team helps people reach every day. Shanna at the front desk is amazing. Hannah sets the tone for the office to be a joyful place for people to get better. And I cannot say enough great things about Hunter, who was my PT. I have 2 herniated discs in my neck, and Hunter did an incredible job getting to know me, challenging me, and helping me progress until I "graduated" with plenty of knowledge and a lot less pain. We did a lot of work together, and we also had a great time. Even though I was working on my neck gains here in various ways, I also laughed so much with the whole team here every time. Paul the owner was my physical therapist, and Vint helped me with the exercises. This was my first experience with PT and I am very pleased at their excellent level of care and professionalism. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I had heard that physical therapy was painful but that was not the case for me - they pushed to increase stretching and exercises but never too fast. Paul accurately gauged my level of healing at each appointment when he manipulated my shoulder and increased the stretching just the right amount each time. I have regained full mobility and x-rays last week showed that I am healed and cleared for all activities. Very grateful for Paul and Vint, and highly recommend CACC!
