It has been extremely frustrating for my kids to build rapport and relationships with their providers and then they turn around and leave in anywhere from a couple days to a few months. We have been at Fyzical for three years now and nothing has changed. It makes me wonder if this is a toxic work environment or they aren't getting paid enough compared to other practices. Both raise eyebrows for me. Fyzical just called me this morning to tell me the providers I had schedule my kids with back in end of February are "no longer available" to work with my kids. If you get in with a good provider, don't leave, but know that the provider may leave.

They really were bothered that I was even there. To make things even more interesting, the owner and his young son were at the front desk as well and they basically just ignored everything that was going on. It was further complicated by the fact that my trainer called in sick and they didn't let me know until I was on my way. I'm about a 45 min drive away so this was definitely a bit of an inconvenience. They were able to get me in to see another trainer 45 mins later so I just waited in the lobby until my substitute trainer was available. She was good, but I felt like she was a bit new because she kept looking up the exercises we should be doing vs being more familiar with them off the top of her head. The facility is fine but a bit sparse. It seems like a family owned business so I don't want to rip it down too much. Perhaps it was just an off day. Plus the bill came to $85 (out of pocket) for a 45 min session which also didn't sit right with me. Unfortunately for them I changed to another PT therapist at another place and it's been going great.

I believe he fixed my…read moreTrigeminal Neuralgia pain and well as my TMJ and neck pain from trauma due to bad night guard. After seeing multiple doctors and specialists and surgeons in the past few months with no real help I decided to try a chiropractor. After seeing him for only a few weeks my pain went from a 10 with cluster headaches daily that would last for hours on end, on and off all day.... to almost pain free with no cluster headaches at all! I noticed results after the first visit and after every visit I felt so much better. Now I'm back to functioning normally which my kids are so grateful for! I also have lived with lower back pain from a compression fractures from a car accident when I was 12 years old (almost 20 years ago) I had learned to just live with the pain! I had seen chiropractors before for the nerve pain but which helped but I had just learned to live with the pain. It just happens to be an added bonus that I'm no longer feeling pain in that area any more either! He has straightened out my whole body. My family can't thank him enough! My husband and I own an ambulance company and my husband worked as a paramedic on the streets before we bought the company which does a lot of wear and tear on your body. Dr. Stevens has also helped with his back and neck issues from years of working as a Medic as well! We are forever grateful for Dr. Stevens!!! Brenda is also incredible and when you walk in you truly get the best care!! These guys care about you and your health as a patient as well as your whole family! My family is forever grateful

He pressured me to schedule an apt anyways then got irritated when I had to call out periodically. After a vulgar expression I can't explain online, I decided to go somewhere else. Extremely unprofessional and salesy. He was more interested in growing his business then taking care of my back pain. There's a ton of chiropractors in the area. Skip this head case.

He had the most immediate opening which aligned with my timeline. Unfortunately he did have to inform me that I may need to look at hardware removal in the future, but I love a doctor who is transparent. His medical assistant Caley was also amazing. She checked my incisions and removed my stitches. While it was uncomfortable, it was still a great experience. They both have great bedside manners. Dr. Resig's timeline is different than the surgeon who did my surgery, as he will have me bear weight on my ankle sooner, but as daunting as it sounds, if I can get back on my feet sooner, I'll take it. My original timeline was non-weight bearing for the first 6 weeks, and this moves it up two weeks! I originally was going to go with a different doctor and office but their scheduler told me that they would want to see my X-rays, unfortunately I wouldn't be able to get it in time for that appointment so I looked elsewhere and I'm glad I did because I was stressing out about it. TL;DR I highly recommend OCC and Dr. Resig for your foot and ankle woes. The whole team there is awesome and so friendly.
