I've had PT a couple of times before in a different state and Rebound was the best. The atmosphere is congenial, light and professional and educational. My recovery was great and my knee is doing well a year post op. I've referred a couple of friends to Rebound and would go back there again without hesitation if I needed PT again. I repeated asked mul times a day for some warmer clothes as I was freezing. you are only given one blanket. Ms. Misha gave me a second blanket to try to warm up but the unit was soooo cold and you couldn't take blankets into the rec area. On Monday the nurse yelled at me to "cover my legs " as shorts were not permitted. I was given paper scrubs that fell down over my behind. Other gender neutral people were still permitted to just wear shorts!! On Tuesday (5 days in facility) a BHA offered me a size 20 pair of pants, 5x pair of pants and 3x and 2x pair of pants. I asked him his waste size and added 10 to his number then asked "Could you wear tho pants without a belt?" he responded negatively. The people leading the groups were fantastic! however bring warm clothing and expect not to sleep as they constantly wake you up to ask you to show your bracelet.

The exercises and explanations provided thus far have helped a tremendous amount and have reinstated a sense of confidence in what my body and mind are capable of achieving. I feel so fortunate to have a found a clinic that's not only located close to home but also has free, ample parking available near the entrance. Peak PT is just an unbelievable knowlegeable and compassionate group. This review pertains to the Hale Parkway location. I again had shoulder pain 4 weeks after a cortisone shot rendered me pain free. Dr. Parker, my orthopedic, gave me the option of one more cortisone shot and then surgery-- or PT. When I started, I was barely swimming 50 m freestyle as my shoulder could not withstand impingement after my surgery of 8 years ago. A combination of 20 min massages by Steve, combined with some needling (Jennifer) and cupping plus creative bands and balance workouts crafted by Beth, Aaron, Connor, and Taylor, all of whom devised exercises to not only strengthen my shoulder but also to work on balance. Not only have I increased my swimming from barely 1000 m to 2000 m+; I can also now just hop up onto the starter blocks -- no wobble just solid footing--strong starts (gone the fear of DQ from perhaps falling in!). I worked with this group for 4 months - twice a week - the result was just outstanding. Not only was the PT effective, but so much fun -- I really miss PT --how many reviews state that! Back to swimming - just a dream to be back swimming freestyle and butterfly pain free! It has been extremely frustrating for my kids to build rapport and relationships with their providers and then they turn around and leave in anywhere from a couple days to a few months. We have been at Fyzical for three years now and nothing has changed. It makes me wonder if this is a toxic work environment or they aren't getting paid enough compared to other practices. Both raise eyebrows for me. Fyzical just called me this morning to tell me the providers I had schedule my kids with back in end of February are "no longer available" to work with my kids. If you get in with a good provider, don't leave, but know that the provider may leave.

They really were bothered that I was even there. To make things even more interesting, the owner and his young son were at the front desk as well and they basically just ignored everything that was going on. It was further complicated by the fact that my trainer called in sick and they didn't let me know until I was on my way. I'm about a 45 min drive away so this was definitely a bit of an inconvenience. They were able to get me in to see another trainer 45 mins later so I just waited in the lobby until my substitute trainer was available. She was good, but I felt like she was a bit new because she kept looking up the exercises we should be doing vs being more familiar with them off the top of her head. The facility is fine but a bit sparse. It seems like a family owned business so I don't want to rip it down too much. Perhaps it was just an off day. Plus the bill came to $85 (out of pocket) for a 45 min session which also didn't sit right with me. Unfortunately for them I changed to another PT therapist at another place and it's been going great.

You get a lot of time, and they want to hear what you have to say. It's a fantastic place. Deserves every 5 star rating, staff are fantastic. In my time doing shoulder rehab and ACL rehab I got to meet with a lot of different PTs (who spend time with you every single visit, btw). Every single one brought something different, and all seemed to be able to make my situation better. Shout out to Sam and Ken, who did the most work on me. Only thing I didn't like was the Reformer. But it helped strengthen my quad before I could do much after the surgery. All the superlatives, wish I was still able to go.
