From the front office staff to Dr. Hakin, my anesthesiologist, Lauren, the nurses, and the MRI tech, EVERYONE here has been so kind, professional, and competent. Within the span of two weeks, I had my consult, MRI, diagnosis consultation, and four cervical corticosteroid injections. Two weeks later, I am 90% pain free. I met with Misbah, the physical therapist, for the first time today. She was *amazing*, and was able to not only pinpoint and help my neck stiffness and remaining pain, but she also found places of residual and referred pain I didn't know I had. She's given me exercises to strengthen and heal all of these areas. While I understand that everyone's pain experience is different, I can honestly say that coming to Spine One has been the best decision I've made in a very long time. If you are hesitant at all because of some of the reviews on this site (i was!) -please don't be. I am virtually pain free for the first time in a long time, and it's only because of the care I've received here.

I had initially gone to another PT to treat the injury, who strongly recommended that I sign up for a 12-month package. I decided to get a second opinion with Sarah and I'm so glad I did! After 3-4 sessions over about 2 weeks, I had SIGNIFICANT improvement. Sarah is so easy to talk to and takes the time to explain what's happening with your body and why it's potentially occurring. I used to wish I could get massages on a regular basis, but now I'd prefer to see Sarah, who can actually fix the issue (and give a great targeted massage!). Highly recommend!!

Major shoutout to Erin L At UCHealth Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Clinic - Lone Tree. She's awesome! Unfortunately I've had nothing but bad experiences with the Inverness location. My assigned Physical Therapist, Cynthia Jacobson was unresponsive; taking anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to answer emails. She did not update my records (leading to weeks of wasted time, effort and back and forth). And ultimately lied about her conversations with myself, my surgeon and my insurance advocate. My much needed surgery is not able to be scheduled at this point. Leaving me seek therapy elsewhere. All of this could've been handled 6 weeks ago had she done her job! If you have the misfortune of working with this facility please keep this in mind, oh and don't bother going to their supervisors (they don't care either). Document everything.
