The first was for a hard drive replacement; they got my machine back to me the *same day* and the price was very reasonable. The second time was a little too complicated to explain here but suffice to say, I came in asking for a repair that would cost nearly £200 and they came up with a different solution that only cost £45. And they got it done in 24 hours. Brilliant!!
