Claimed (twice) that he had fixed all issues about which we expressed dissatisfaction. He cleaned up only things he thought we could see. Pictures attached to this review are the AFTER pictures. Chico was quick to respond and provided us a quote within 1 day. After waiting for two additional quotes, from other Painting Contractors, my wife and I decided to go with Double Diamond Painting because of the value competitive quote and genuine professionalism of Chico. The Painting project started on time as promised and they completed the job 1-day ahead of schedule. Negatives: The only negatives that my wife & I have, though minor, was the attention to the finishing up details. Items such as putting back the correct electrical plates back on wall, wrong door knobs on the wrong door and leaving cigarette butts on the ground in our back yard and front garage. These minor details is what prevented me from giving Double Diamond a five-star rating for this painting project. Mr. Charles Wade, together with his assistant, arrived every work day on time, immediately set up, and began the job, including taking care to protect landscaping and assure no paint spatter where the deck abuts the house. After job completion, they returned one week later to check results and correct a few "bubbles." (The deck is at least 15 years old, and a few bubbles were expected.) The company provides a one-year warranty and offers a veteran's discount. It is licensed, bonded and insured, and our job was performed in complete compliance with the reasonable bid. We are very pleased with the result of the work and the professional work ethics of the owner and assistant. We highly recommend Wade One Painting for any painting job one might require.

He protected our fixtures from paint damage and pointed out things to us we wouldn't have thought of. We were out of town for most of the project and sent us daily updates on his progress.
