You see, I worked with Doug many years ago ~1995 or so, when he was working out of his home on Suman Ave. He was holding down a full time job as an Architect AND working at home evenings and weekends 90+ hours a week! Yes, I was his moonlight draftsman on several retail projects; and I got paid on everyone one of them - and he paid on time and the exact amount that we agreed upon. This guy is extremely hard working. I don't think the average person can outwork him! He's not going to ask you to do something he wouldn't do. On top of that, he's a Renaissance man; a polymath: He's a master carpenter, airplane pilot as well as a talented Architect. So, like I mentioned from the outset - my experience has been extraordinarily different! In fact, if I were considering to take on a construction project, and needed a competent Architect who's demonstrated and has had a definite success ratio in the community at large; I'd trust Doug and Fisher Group Architects to do the job, hands down!

He says that was the cost of making the construction drawings. Not sure why he did not mention this while I was in his office writing the check for the agreed upon price of $1800!! be aware of him and if possible find another architect to do business with!!
