They were rude and did not return calls promptly. Apparently only wanted payment and once they got payment that was it! When I asked for an appointment because I wanted to discuss tax prep (which should have already been provided to me as a client), they declined telling me to call them at the end of May. I feel my taxes were done incorrectly and I will not use this place again. I could tell this place has a lot of very unhappy employees and many were let go or quit and supposedly even the new owner Lisa is unavailable and unapproachable to help me, the client.
