We have used this service at our business for months. It was not bad initially but then it became very bad. We were going to cancel the service and the owner asked to give them another chance so we did. It lasted a few months and then was awful again. Trash was not taken out, shredders were not emptied, floors were not cleaned, etc. The owner is nice but there is no consistency to the cleaning and I would not use this company again. read more

Rosaelia and her team saved the day! We just bought our first home and the previous owners had cats. Stinky cats that apparently shed a lot, and had a litter box in the main living space. G&F Cleaning services did an excellent job with cleaning our house. Quick and easy communication; was able to set up a cleaning date and time that worked for me. Sent a thoughtful reminder the day before they came. Great attention to detail and spent extra time on hard-to-clean build-up on their first clean. They wore masks and another thing I really appreciated was that they took off their shoes or wore shoe coverings. They were also accommodating to whatever cleaning solutions I wanted them to use. Additionally, they were on time and payment was easy (used Zelle), but they are flexible. Pricing was competitive and broken down by room. I am admittedly picky but I've not found anything lacking in the service G & F provides. They're an independent company that's competitively priced. Unlike the franchises, they don't have a revolving door of employees, so the same person cleans my home every time. My stainless steel appliances are streak free again, the cooktop and my shower glass both look like new. I could go on, but you get the picture. Good cleaners and handymen are hard to find. I have never had help cleaning my home. It had not been deep cleaned in three years. I needed help, and called three different places to see what they could do. Rosie came to my home, was very professional, knew what I was looking for because she listened, and gave me a fair estimate. On the day they arrived to clean, they worked so hard. For real, I teared up at what a great, very detailed cleaning they did. It far exceeded my expectations. Thankfully, they did not use harsh chemicals, so there wasn't an overwhelming smell.
