My organization has gone through this company for several years, while the pricing may be decent,…read morethe owners attitude and customer service is way below par. He gave me a deadline to turn in two of my players team numbers by the time I called which was prior to his deadline he took it upon himself to issue his own numbers. Great inititive right? Wrong! He issued numbers he was never given to my two players but completely different numbers on the parent shirts. No apologies or even an attempt to correct what HE messed up. I was stuck and so I was forced to correct my parents shirts through another vendor. In addition to the wrong numbers, all parent and sibling shirts had different logos. The correct team name but completely different logo...try explaining that to a bunch of parents. Another coach from my organization had a similar experience and has also elected to never seek his services again. Since this experience, I will never seek savings over customer service and quality again...because for what you pay and save with these people is definitely what you pay for and it isn't a great product. The vendor I am using now You Name It Specialties while they are a bit pricy...once again you get what you pay for. Great customer service and an outstanding product. If I could, I wouldn't even rate a 1 star to this establishment...I can't express enough the disappointment, stress and heartache they caused my teams and parents.
