We had an idea of what we wanted and he just knew and put it up on the screen, like he was reading our minds. He charged us $6 a shirt for 20 shirts and it took a week to get them back. This place is magical because you can just visit and watch all the machines work in sync. It is soooo cool. Even if you don't need custom work, take your lunch and go watch the show. I took my four year old and he was in a trance for an hour.

However, this year we have had so many issues that I will never use Body Lingo for anything ever again. We placed our order in May, and we STILL have not received all of it. Apparently, they changed ownership (or managers, I'm not sure which) over the summer, and somehow our order got lost. Instead of working to solve the problem immediately after they realized their mistake, I have had to call almost daily for 2 months in order to make any headway. The manager is NEVER around the office when I ask to speak to him, and they NEVER call me back when they say they will. The only helpful employee is his subordinate and can't do much to change the situation. Every time I actually get to speak to the manager, all he does is make excuses for the delay. He has never offered to give us a partial refund or to try and do anything to fix the situation. So here I am 5, almost 6 MONTHS after our order was placed, and I am still 5 jerseys short of my order. This is the worst customer service I have EVER received and I would not recommend this business to anybody.
