I came to BMB 4 days before Christmas and the hats were done by mid-day the next day with no rush fee. They do very high quality work and have a great selection of hats to choose from. Affordable, as well! The lady I worked with was so helpful with designing the hats and made sure I was happy before I left. I was surprised to see BMB Stitch Factory come up in my search. I was even more surprised to learn that they were located about two miles from my home. Instead of ordering on-line, I dropped into their storefront to meet with them and see their shirt selections in person. The lady I worked with there was awesome. She helped me find the shirts that would give me the best comfort and service as workshirts. Then, she even stitched two samples of my logo on black fabric so I could actually pick bettween stitiching styles and see what my shirts would look like before ordering. I liked the sample and ordered ten shirts on Monday, June 28th. They were ready to be picked up four days later, but I didn't get there until today. The shirts look fantastic. The price was fantastic. I will use BMB for all my future custom embroidery needs now because they are affordable, they do an excellent job, I can see and touch the merchandise for quality before selecting it, and the finished products are ready really fast. I plan to get some hats with the same logo for when I go out on duty. Maybe I'll get a jacket made for cold days. Who knows? American Pride Graphics. Run by a too-young-to-be-Retired military vet, this shop is just oozing fun and creativity. Okay, maybe it's not YOUR kind of fun, but it's my kind of fun. They screen print right there in-house, they're not some middle-man sending your stuff out to be done by random people. These guys take great pride and care to make sure that your jobs are done right the first time. The nice part is, they've never messed up on a job for me. They've actually corrected the work that another company did with a vinyl overlay for a sign, and didn't charge me for the "fix" part of it. Just pay for it like a regular job and move on, buddy. They also print and cut their own vinyl in-house, so if you're getting a sticker for your car or a sign for the front yard to announce your kid's sports achievements, graduation, or a new addition to your family, this is your place! I love the personal service and attention I get here. They're always ready to help figure out a more economical way to produce something, and at the end of the day, it's worth every penny.

All I bought I received before quoted time, packaged with care and a thrill to open. The quality of their products is evident as I'm still wearing them. I've since sold my boat and moved ashore.
