What they did clean, I just felt like they wiped things down in the house and didn't really feel or look clean. The edges of the wood floor along baseboards was dirty. They wiped crumbs from the kitchen table onto the chairs and didn't clean the chairs, etc. They did come back out and cleaned they rooms they had forgotten and also re-cleaned our areas of concern. I was pleased when they were finished. The following month I gave them another shot. This time they got all the rooms but it just felt wiped down, not clean. The front of the fridge and my trash cans weren't wiped down. One bathroom, which gets the most use, wasn't cleaned sufficiently. You could also tell whoever did the shower doors cleaned the upper parts of the glass but only bent down so far. The bottom few inches weren't cleaned. We could actually see the wiping swipes where they cleaned and where they had stopped. They did reach out to me after the cleaning to see if I was happy. I explained I wasn't and they offered to make it right, but I already gave them 2 chances. That was enough for me. If you're looking for attention to detail, I would look elsewhere.
