SCREWED UP DELIVERY - this company delivered 3 of 6 boxes to my home and when I called to find out where the remaining boxes were - THEY INSISTED DELIVERED 6 BOXES - I explained that I know how to count and there were only 3! G&G Response - NOT THEIR FAULT that only 3 were delivered and when I asked for a "dock check" to determine where the remaining boxes may be - CRICKETS! TERRIBLE customer service and lack of responsibility - pointing finger at manufacturer of product and denying any wrong doing as they "can only deliver what is given to them..." Later found out that the missing boxes were at their WAREHOUSE! And they have the nerve to demand a RESTOCKING FEE RATHER THEN IMMEDIATELY MAKING ARRANGEMENTS TO RE-DELIVER my order! I had to use this company because they are contracted by the company after I bought furniture. The first rep that called to set up the appointment was borderline rude and didn't want to work with me (I live in a high-rise condo and need to make freight elevator reservations) The second phone rep was excellent in setting up the appointment. The delivery guys showed up 30 minutes early and then demanded to hurry up to unload because he had a lot of deliveries. The actual delivery was okay, but they did scratch paint on the door jam. I need to counter some of the negative reviews I read before getting my sectional couch delivered. I was expecting the absolute worst based on what I read here on Yelp but received awesome service. I ordered a 5 piece sectional couch from Home Gallery Stores which was free delivery and set-up, White Glove they called it. A few days prior to the delivery I received a text message to call G&G to arrange for the delivery. Naturally I went to the internet to see what was in store for me and found these less than stellar reviews, I was ready for the worst. When I called the woman who answered was incredibly polite and well spoken, we set up a time and I was told an automated message would come the day before and the driver would call 30-ish minutes before arrival. The day of I decided to work from home just in case the worst happened. At 7:40am I got a call from the driver saying he was 40 minutes away. In about 40 minutes he was at the end of my driveway, great start. I directed the crew to my living room with two pieces in tow and they placed them right where I asked, unpacked them and ran to get the rest while I inspected and tested them. Long story short, everything was delivered on time, assembled, and garbage hauled away. I have nothing negative to say here, these guys were fantastic. read more

Every time a delivery arrives, I have not had any issues with damaged curtains, boxes, etc. and the delivery men are professional, kind, careful, and have great interpersonal skills I highly recommend G and G. I want to give accolades to Greg and Daniel who delivered furniture to my client's home. We couldn't ask for better delivery men. They delivered an entire house of new furniture to Naples. They brought in everything from lightweight lamps to a very heavy 7' large mirror with care. They skillfully assembled bunk beds and an office chair. They were conscientious in cleaning up packaging as they continued. Personal, professional, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them, and you would do well to ask for them. read more

I just had G&G deliver a mattrress. After reading reviews here & on BBB site, I was quite anxious that the delivery would be screwed up. I couldn't be more wrong! They called saying they'd be here in 25 minutes (about 15 minutes before the window), and they were here in 25 mins. THey were polite, efficient, friendly, even liked our dogs & got kisses (from the dogs! :-) ) I asked that they wear masks, and they did. In a few minutes, they were gone. I have been contacted several times by G & G to deliver cabinets. I have all my cabinets installed and I don't know why they're calling me again and again. The first time they called and set up the delivery, no one ever showed up within there delivery time frame. I called them back and they said that there wasn't any delivery on the books for me. They continue to call but I don't answer the call or voicemail. I'm not sure if this is a scam or what. read more

I am a professional remodeling contractor. And boy did I make a mistake hiring G & G. Unequivocally the worst delivery company I have ever experienced. Here is what happened. My original delivery was for Lowe's Diamond kitchen cabinets, $7K worth. GNG promplty lost 4 of the 8 cabinets. Yes, 1/2 the order just disappeared and no one seemed concerned. Four (4) big brown heavy boxes were either lost or stolen in transit from Tampa to Clearwater by G&G. The driver was named Moses. Then 4 weeks later they cant seem to make a rescheduled 5pm delivery cutoff of the replacement cabinets. Evidently by 5pm is to tight a window for them. So what do they do next?.... Nothing! No phone call, no reschedule, no effort to deliver the order they originally lost or the missed 2nd appointment delivery. No one cared at all when the truck came back with my cabinets on it. Wait it gets better. After I wake them up and find my missing cabinets a week later, the office tells me they can not deliver by 5PM! Really? by 5pm? as if that is too much to ask. I dont know who is the bigger fool here, me from buying from Lowes, or Diamond Cabinets for trusting GNG to deliver them. I smell a rat. Absolutely terrible service. They are the delivery company Missing Piece uses and that needs to change ASAP. They called me and said that the truck broke down which sounded like a lie. They then called me about 7 hours later. My furniture was never delivered and I am still waiting for it. This is the worst delivery company in Tampa. I recommend Missing Piece cancel their partnership with this lousy company as I will think twice when buying from Missing Piece in the future. The delivery people sounded totally out of it when I spoke with them and could barely explain to me who had my furniture in the first place. Not sure if they are subcontracting to other companies but this is unexceptable behavior from a company that claims to have great customer service. Not happy at all. WOW, I haven't even been able to arrange a delivery because no one answers when I returned one call they made to me. They say "leave a message", but you know how that is! ??? I just read the previous reviews and now know what could happen when I finally do make delivery arrangements. At the moment I'll give it 2 stars, will come back after this experience is over. I was Transferred to Erin the superviso, I was told there need to do a doc Search( I ask how long it would take) a day. so the following was Labor Day, so I expected my order to get to me by the end of the week no less. lord I called take to No manners Judy, Naomi Chrissy And Ashley. To No avail, all I could hear is they are moving to a bigger warehouse and mi items missing Home Depot reorder those items and Erin schedule them for 10/10/22. I took off work waiting and only after I call when my schedule time as pass to hear truck broke down yet it can't be delivered today until Wednesday or Thursday. Ok, after reading and researching I was hesitant in allowing this company to deliver the new SAATVA mattress. Was I ever wrong. Showed up on time, delivery and setup was fast and accurate. She has a ring camera so you can't lie about this now days. she was very polite and the driver was a jerk, and then left without delivering anything leaving the homeowner with no mattress. I called their customer service and she was arguing with me while I was offering solutions to get the issue resolved. I wish I could give a rating lower than 1 star, this company shouldn't be allowed to operate. Have been waiting for my bedroom furniture to be delivered for over a month and a half. Every delivery window we've been given has been missed entirely and we've never received a phone call. Everytime we've called them it leads to nothing but remaining on hold for as long as three hours. Now here we are at Christmas unable to sleep on anything but our floor. What a great way to wake up on Christmas morning. If you're reading this and considering hiring them, I would strongly encourage you not to. I was given an 1130-230 delivery time slot. I was called at 3 to say they were running 2 hours late but would show. I was then called at 5 saying 'the truck broke down'. If you read further reviews after mine, you will see they use this LIE more than once. When you call the office you get switched to a number to leave a message, and then you are told the number is not accepting messages. Totally unprofessional. I had a mattress being delivered from Costco's from G&G. I was told they would be here between 2:30 and 5pm. I called at 4:45 and the agent said they were running behind and were informed all of the individuals on the delivery schedule had been notified. I told her I had not and I needed to know when it would be delivered. She said she would call the delivery driver until she got ahold of them. I never received a call back from the office. Someone from the office should have called me back. The delivery drivers called about 6:20 and arrived about 7pm. They were very friendly and professional! The office should be contacting the customers if the delivery drivers are running late! read more

I got a call last week from G&G Delivery Services that my furniture came in and the next available time they can deliver was this week Wednesday. I got a call yesterday (Tuesday) that they will deliver between 1pm to 4pm. I got a call this morning (delivery day) saying that my furniture never came in and they have nothing to deliver. This does not make sense. I tried calling back and no one answered and ZGallerie is also trying. Looking at all the reviews I don't know why ZGallerie uses them. ZGallerie should discontinue using them as a carrier. read more

Aweful company!!! Their customer service staff has horrible attitude problems. They confirmed a delivery for me, gave me a window- I took time off work. They didnt show up in that window and when I called to get an update I was told they didnt even have the product to deliver. When I asked why it was confirmed, she played (??) stupid and asked "who confirmed it". YOU did! I asked for a manager and was told he was not there. Asked for the manager names and contact info- she told me she will not provide me that. I asked for her name- she told me she will not provide that and I don't need it. I called back and was told her name is Jatavia. My suggestion- fire this miserable woman and hire someone capable of doing the job. Also- don't confirm deliveries if you don't have the product!!!! This company has the worst customer services that you can imagine. Yesterday I received a call in which the representative from GG Delivery told me that I was scheduled to have my products delivery today. To my surprise I received a text this morning asking me again to call to set up my delivery. I immediately called and told them that I spoke with someone yesterday and that my delivery was scheduled for today. They representative immediately told me, no, you are not and we do not have any records that anyone here spoke with you. I was so upset because I had to take time off from work. After couples calls and still upset I was able to reschedule for the following day. It gets better - I received my mattress and of course the guys that delivery my mattress did not have any idea how to assemble these mattress so after a hour they guy in charge told us it will take by 30 minutes before the mattress are fully inflated. Two hours went by and nothing. We call the SAATVA company and they tell us sorry they gave you the wrong pumps for your mattress and it will take 2 to 3 days before you get the right ones. So no mattress for me because they took my old mattress. I cancelled the order and Mattress Firm was able to delivery new mattress by 8pm yesterday (same mattresses) with no problem. Mattress Firm went out of their way to ensure I have my mattresses without any hesitations. read more

Unfortunately, I did not bother to check these reviews before I agreed to use the delivery service (G&G Delivery Services out of Tampa, Florida) that The Missing Piece in Clearwater, Florida is contracted with to deliver furniture for their clients. The G&G paperwork that I was asked to sign was involved and rigid in its conditions for delivery. True to form-consistent with the prior reviews, G&G committed to a broad window (3 hours) and did not show up as promised within that period. An occasional break of commitment is understandable, but there is clearly a consistent nonchalant concern with timely delivery with this company as represented in the Yelp reviews. Why any business would continue to do business with them astounds me. Add another unhappy customer to the bucket. read more

I purchased a sofa from an online distributor which uses G&G Delivery Service of Tampa to deliver goods in my area (I live in St. Petersburg, FL.) On Friday 11/30/18, I received a call from G&G Delivery notifying me that my shipment would be delivered to my home on Monday 12/3/18. The representative asked all of the pertinent questions (gated community, up/downstairs, home/apt.. etc.) Then she stated "someone" would contact me later that day to provide a "window" time of delivery. Later that day, I received the second call from G&G as stated, but from an automated service stating my delivery would arrive to my home between 430-730pm.. ok, no problem. On the day of delivery, I received a call from the delivery driver that they were in route to my home and will arrive there in 30 minutes (it's 1:15pm) and I'm at work. I explain to the driver that I was expecting them between 430-730pm and now I had to scramble to have my husband meet them at the home to accept the delivery. I call my husband and within 5-7 minutes of the conversation with the delivery driver my 16y/o calls and reports that the delivery driver had arrived, unloaded the sofa in the living room and was leaving. I asked my 16 y/o to put the driver on the phone. I spoke to the driver and asked if he could wait just 5 minutes so that my husband could arrive to inspect the delivery for any damages in the event the sofa would need to be returned and he agreed. I quickly called my husband who stated he was a block away from our home. Needless to say, the driver did not wait he boarded his truck and left. My husband being a block away managed to catch them as they were attempting to leave at the corner of our block and asked them to come back to the home for the inspection of merchandise and they agreed to turn around....THEY DID NOT! The driver lied. We called G&G and spoke with Tina a supervisor for the company who was less than professional as I attempted to explain how G&G gave us a window that meant nothing and rendered useless as they decided to arrive when they chose to. Not to mention, the fact that they delivered to my minor child vs. an adult and finally how they failed to wait for the inspection of the merchandise prior to leaving it. Bottom line, I contacted the distributor and lodged a complaint as G&G should not even deliver a lollipop let alone anything of real value. My overall impression of G&G Delivery is that they present as unprofessional, unskilled workers that lacks integrity, communication skills and basic humanity. Placing/posting my satisfaction of a product/service isn't typically my cup of tea, but after paying quite a bit for my purchase and the way G&G handled my family and our purchase was utterly disrespectful. Take Note: G&G, enough complaints like this from dissatisfied customers will yield you to be "moved out" like companies such as Sears/Kmart, Circuit City, Montgomery Wards, Blockbusters, Polaroid, Borders, Texas Instrument, Compaq, Pan Am and DHL! I ordered thru www.1stopbedrooms.com, they outsourced the delivery to this company. They called to set up delivery date, no time tho. Next day I get a text at 530 pm with a delivery window for the following day. The delivery window was 330-630pm with driver calling 30 min in advance. I received at a call at 745pm stating driver was 45 min out. Furniture showed up at 850pm. Delivery guys were clearly frustrated and not happy. One had grease on his shoes that got on my new floor. The white glove service that came with my order was far from that. The only good news was my furniture was here !!! Please get your act together! read more

We used this company for the delivery of some very expensive leather kitchen stools. Our experience was very disappointing and frustrating. When we tried to arrange for delivery the mailbox was full for a couple of days. Then when we finally got someone, the woman at the other end was very rude. Frankly, I am surprised that she has been chosen to represent the company on the phone. When the stools finally arrived, their was a spot on it that we noticed right as the delivery man was leaving. These chairs were not wrapped in any way. Unbelievable considering that these very expensive light colored leather stools. Now we have to hope that the spot dissipates with time because we don't know if it happened at manufacturing or at the delivery company. :( read more

I get a half delivery(partial) the first time. Even though G & G screwed up, they make me wait a full 7 days to deliver again. The first time was smooth and professional minus the missing half the order. The 2 deliverey guys were fantastic and as helpful as possible and fully install the fridge. The second time was the absolute worst case scenario!!! Guys show up and speak nothing but spanish.....not the worst problem but my wife is told that they will not install the oven as well in broken english. The invoice they give us states they will install the oven, the invoice from the retail company also states full installation of oven and fridge will be provided. The last delivery was full installation but this one is not, give me a break. If only the original guys had the whole order! Anyways, next, the wife says the guy pretends to call the warehouse and instead calls a friend and says they said no install, just leave. Then he shoves a phone at her and says here you need to sign for these 5 questions. The questions are all in spanish, which she can't read, and he has already answered them himself and won't let her change any of the answers. After they leave, she calls the warehouse and gets Tina, who says, "no we do not install ranges, it is a liability." Um, you are a delivery company, how the F do you not have coverage for liability?? Then why did you install the fridge last time? This organization is total pond scum and pathetic losers!!! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!! Never again dirtbags!!! read more

So terribly disappointed with G&G Delivery Services. I ordered a table, and the delivery was outsourced by American West to G&G. It sat at their warehouse in Tampa for 2 weeks "under inspection". I was under the impression that a delivery was scheduled, took off of work, and no one showed up. A week later, I received two different delivery windows, and they showed up at neither time (in between both). I paid for white glove service, and the delivery staff refused to perform this service. I shouldn't have to make 10 phone calls to get a table delivered. read more

Terrible customer service! They were supposed to deliver cabinets and they did 2 times. On my third time I refused to deal with them because they are very un-accommodating when it comes to time. Customer service was rude when I told them that on their first delivery their truck driver encountered a problem driving on my street because of a tree branch and that they need to use a smaller truck, I only got an attitude in response and wasted my time, because the tall truck that they sent could not drive through again for which I had to leave my work earlier. For the third delivery they gave me a whole day window- not a 4 hour like they did before and like most companies do which meant that I would have to take a day off. I ordered a bunch of furniture from 1stopbedrooms.com and it arrived to G&G during the time it was supposed to. G&G called me right away to schedule the appt. They called on Tuesday and said they had delivery appts for Friday or Saturday. I excitedly chose Friday as I had been waiting for almost a month for my furniture to arrive. I was told I'd receive a call the day before delivery with a time frame and I did, in fact I also received a text message to confirm the delivery which was great (between 1pm and 4pm). At 9am the day of delivery they called and told me 1 of my nightstands had been damaged and did not pass their inspection so they were going to request a replacement which should arrive in a week or so. At 2pm, I received a call from the driver, who was very professional, that they would be arriving in about half an hour. They arrived exactly on time, but to my dismay, they were missing half of my furniture. I was visibly upset having waited almost a month for my furniture and also having confirmed the delivery (and item count) twice that week, however, the delivery driver stayed respectful as well as helpful and apologetic. They immediately contacted the warehouse manager and operations manager who said there had been a paperwork mix up, and the manager Jenny told me that they would get it out to me the next day (Saturday). That was fine by me as it was only 1 more day. Jenny told me she would call me back later that day with a time frame, however I did not hear from her. I tried calling them, but their business hours are 9-5 M-F and the option to talk to someone if expecting a delivery after hours had a voice mailbox that was full and could not receive new messages. I became worried that I would have to wait until Monday to find out where my stuff was and thought they were going to make me wait another week to deliver. Then about 1pm, I received a call from another delivery driver saying he would be here in 40 min with my remaining items. They arrived on time, and again, very respectful workers. All in all, they did a great job. I would have given 5 stars had I received a call back on Friday with the time frame, as I had no idea what was going on with my furniture on Sat due to the mailbox being full and no one communicating to me if it had actually been able to be scheduled for delivery, but it arrived, and workers assembled nicely. They rectified the situation for me, and quickly, so no real complaints here. I'm having some more furniture delivered by them in a couple of weeks, so I'm hoping that one will go smoothly and I can leave a 5 star review. read more

''the missing piece'' furniture consignment shop made it seem like the delivery/pick up service g and g would be to my apt. on x date, i sign x paperwork and then i'm on my freaking way. g and g gave me a 2 pm to 6 pm window of pickup times. window? more like a damn door. we called the day prior of our pick up and asked if we could please please please be placed at the first 1/2 of the 'window' the customer service agent said it's impossible as pick u =ps are routed by location and vary by time. my partner and i sat around all day waiting waiting waiting for them to come. 4 pm rolls around and we're like okay, well atleast we know they'll be here soon, or like most normal companies we'd receive a call if they know they'll be late. we received a freaking call at 5:55 pm (yes, 5 minutes before the end of our window period) stating the driver is running behind and cannot offer an estimated time of arrival!!!! what kind of non sense is this? who calls 5 minutes before an expected end time. we ended up having to get a family memeber to wait around in our vacant apartment for these assholes until 8:30 pm. they were inconsiderate of the fact that i was moving from florida to new york this same freaking day and needed my furniture out to get on the road, they were inconsiderate and blatantly disrespectful to my time and they will be to yours. do. not. use. them.
