Hired to power wash out old polymeric sand and replace with new at my elderly parents' home. The…read morenew sand washed out of most of the joints and flowed over onto the tops of the pavers, staining them and covering them with the sand they hired his company to put in the joints. Since the bonding sand is all over the tops of the pavers and not in between the pavers to hold them together, we now have stained pavers with variable amounts of sand joining the pavers, some overflowing and some with none at all. "The Brick Paver Dr" owner claimed it was a water flow issue and requested videos showing water draining cleanly from the roof and down the downspouts. We took all the videos requested showing water flowing smoothly down the downspout. Would not respond to repeated attempts for communication until legal action began. I see the word "Integrity" all over his website, but I don't see it in his business practices. His last text message from October 1st states that he "will get back to me, but not this week". After several further one-way text messages to get this repaired, we got radio silence unto May 19th, seven and a half months later and now he has a different excuse for why his craftsmanship is not his problem. I will add photos and update this review after court. Currently getting competitive bids to fix this mess. ***I even found this gem on his website in the FAQ's page "Q: Does The Brick Paver Dr. warranty their work? A: Definitely!
