HOWEVER, we did NOT expect to have to provide water hoses so the gutters could be cleaned properly. Wonder what would have happened if we didn't have any, or enough for a 2 story house?. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we got NO receipt!! Hubby had to sign a paper stating it was OK to charge for "rest" of service once the guy returned to the office, and yep, no copy of that paper either. There was no mention of emailing a receipt. Nothing. In this day of phone-in charges, Square and the like, this seems to be a poor business practice. Will we call them again? Maybe.
