Both delicious and a twist on a classic the anti pasta salad is something I'll probably order every single time. It has everything you want and it's finally chopped with a ton of cheese on top. Where do you go wrong? The focaccia that comes with the meal is also worth noting. The spread it comes with is super tasty there chili olive oil is spicy with a nice kick. It's a beautiful space and can hold a good amount of people for any function. I hope Bacarosa stays for a while and does well because I'm already planning my next trip there.

The venue was incredibly clean, and the lights were fun, beautiful, and truly added to the overall experience. Planning an event can be stressful, but the owner, Sal, delivered exactly what was promised with zero surprises. Sal even went above and beyond by helping me decorate on the day of the event--hands-on putting up decorations, moving boxes, and constantly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly.During the party, Julio the manager was also incredibly attentive and lightning-fast at fulfilling all of our requests. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests are still raving about it.I cannot thank Sal, Julio, and the team enough for making this milestone so special. The BEAUTIFUL Bar atmosphere made it so SPECIAL! I had black table cloths that looked so CLASSY on the high top tables. My mom's 60th birthday party was planned to start at 6pm & I was told by Jude that we are able to come 2 hours earlier to start setting up and that he would help. We arrived at 4 pm & found previous party guest still in the venue and staff not even attempting to clear the room. I was met with a woman who rudely told me that there are still guests in the room and that we have to wait until they are done cleaning. (Our party started in an hour at that point, it was a half assed cleaning job) Jude had arrived half an hour later. I called the venue 14 times to try and clear things up and no one answered. Prior to the party, I was trying to explain that we need more time than just 2 hours to set up and I was dismissed with condescending remarks as if we were just throwing some pictures on the wall and a few balloons here and there. They should've had the previous party end and cleared out hours before. There was no water, soda or bread set on the tables for our guests when they came in. When my aunt asked of the ladies working for some soda, she was apparently very rude. Our event was from 6 pm - 10 pm. I understand that the lights will be turned on when the party is over but there was no courtesy warning a few minutes before. This is a message to the new management - take it from someone who has been in the restaurant industry for 12+ years, you lack hospitality and your greediness for money shows in the way you interact with your clients. Needless to say, they will be losing us as clients and to anyone reading this review, just know we aren't the type of people to complain about ANYTHING. Don't waste your money here.

I called him and he could care less about anything that we had to say! He told us that it's on the contract and no where on the contract did he say anything about it being over at 9pm. My fiancé called him after I had a complete meltdown and he charged us another 150 to stay an extra hour. Which he wanted in cash for some reason. I was completely disgusted !!! Do not book and if you do make sure you get everything in writing !! Oh and also, he charged my friends $300 for hall and us $400. Makes up prices as he goes. Not to be trusted.
