I was looking for a person who could fix a drainage problem I've been having in my yard. Two persons told Dean DeSain from Dakmer Services would do the work right & give me a fair price. I called Dean he came out looked at what was there was to do and explained what he could do to fix my issue. He sent me a quote stating the start date would depend on the weather. I signed the contract and sent it back. Dean called after the rain let up to let me know he would start 3-4 days later. He worked in my yard carefully making sure to not tear up the whole thing. He called me every day after he left; as I wasn't home, letting me know what he did and when he would be back weather permitting. He finished before I thought he would. The work he did fixed the issue with my drainage. He was conscientious making sure I knew what he was doing, when he would be back and getting the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Also, under the stated quote. It was nice to have a professional person that I felt comfortable with. I would refer Dean to anyone needing drainage or excavating services.

Extremely disappointed in my services from Rycoe. I reached out to them about landscaping and Ryan came out to take a look at what needed to be done so he could give us a quote. I was very specific about what I needed done and it was listed in a breakdown on the invoice perfectly. It took a while for the guys to come out, but I waited patiently anticipating the final product. The end result came out great until weeds started popping up everywhere. My husband kicked the mulch and we both realized landscape paper was never placed under the mulch like it was talked about AND I PAID FOR. I reached out to Ryan in hopes this would get fixed, and he did respond to me stating that he would look into it and get back to me. It has been 8 months with no communication at all. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but it feels like I got scammed.
