We live on Lake Jackson and recently had a huge tree fall on our dock & two boats. Our home is at the top of a heavily wooded 45 degree angle hill, so it took a great deal of planning and expertise on Colton's part to be able to cut the tree, bring it up the hill, bring it across the yard to the truck for removal. Simply because of the difficulty of the terrain, we expected a lot of our yard to be destroyed. However, we were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful job they did and very minimal land disturbance. After the tree removal, they also did a great job of cleaning up the yard, and we couldn't be happier. Kudos to Colton and his crew! Great job guys!! I am impressed! After being stood up by one company, then being given an outrageously high quote by another, I found G & G Tree Service much closer to home. Tiffany answered the phone. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She promised Colton would contact me within 24 hour for a quote and he did. He was also very professional and knowledgeable. He gave a date he expected to do the job, weather permitting. He called to confirm the day before. He was on time. He utilized state of the art equipment, including a spider lift, which reduces the impact most large equipment has on your property. Our oak tree was large, beginning to rot, and leaning over our house. Colton and his crew removed the tree, piece by piece, without any part of the tree every touching the house. Colton is a professional. We set a date for an estimate, he called the day before it to confirm, and arrived on time. That's how it should be but this bar was too high for most of the others I called. He and his crew did the job quickly and well for the price we agreed.
