Their pricing was clearly the best of several bids. The trees were all in tight quarters and had to be roped out. They were particularly careful protecting certain areas with important plants or smaller trees. There was minimal damage and less than would be expected for a job of this size. The salesman and project manager were often on site during the work, but the 6 man crew was more than capable on their own. They had the necessary equipment to move quickly and efficiently. After the log truck came a few days later they came back to clean up the mess. If you have major tree work to do you should get a proposal from Tree Time before you decide. We also have an old water oak at the front of the lot with mild fungal damage at its base and its huge branches overhanging our garage. Kevin not only gave helpful recommendations on how to care for the water oak, he and his crew removed and trimmed several of the highest-risk trees around the property in a single morning without removing so many as to leave the property devoid of shade or feeling "bare." It was clear that Kevin cares about the health of the trees, your yard, the general ecosystem, and your wallet - it wasn't about upselling. His crew was incredibly professional: in another morning, they hung from the highest branches of the oak above our garage and trimmed anything that looked dead or compromised the safety of our property, all without causing a scratch to our home.
