They came in they cut down three significant trees in my yard, where respectful of the surrounding property, and once completed you hardly knew they even did any work. I moved into my house 2 years ago, and some previous owners were an older couple who loved to garden. There were huge flower beds all over the yard with lots of things in there. Before they sold, however, these beds were unattended and started to go crazy with growth and weeds, as did the grass around it. With a new baby on the way for me, there was no way I could manage keeping up everything, and I wanted it handled right, so I called Josh and had him come out to take a look. Josh talked over my goals for a whole-yard revamp and combined my asks with his extensive experience to come up with a plan on how to remove the beds, re-grade some of the yard, and install extra drainage to make everything look good. Although 2020 and 2021 were not the best times for materials (in many industries, including landscaping) which delayed the project a while, Josh kept us up to date with his progress until his team was ready to install. The install went smoothly over the course of a few days, and Josh was there to help with guidance on watering to keep everything growing correctly. He stopped by every few days to check on things (although he didn't need to) and help me adjust watering times and sprinkler placement. Even now, weeks after the installation, he's still super responsive to my questions and has helped me keep everything looking good through the summer. We have a wooded lot, and noticed that some of the trees next to the house, were leaning and hollow. Lester surveyed Monday afternoon, and scheduled removal of 11 trees (8 of which were more than 100 feet tall) for the next day. Lester was a pleasure to work with. He's very seasoned, explain the process, and provided a quote on the spot. I booked the service for the very next day. The crew of ~six arrived on time, with multiple vehicles and equipment, and the job took about 8 hours. When they left, you couldn't tell (except for the missing trees), that anything had been done. I think my yard and street were cleaner than when they arrived. When moving debris in my side yard, they also cleared trees that had previously fallen. As promised, they came back the next day and ground the stumps in my front yard. They have the expertise, the personnel and the equipment to do any job. Alan and Mike were very pleasant, answered my frequent questions, and it was a pleasure watching the process and meeting them. Their pricing was very reasonable. One last note, their office staff is incredibly kind and responsive. Gisselle even returned my call after hours. Highly recommend. Below is an example of the size of trees they removed. Watching them remove trees was like looking at Swiss watch, every move planned and precisely executed. The crane operator worked with such precision that about half the development came out to watch. They were so impressed with the team's performance that 3 of them had trees removed before the crew left the area and several others got estimates for future tree work.
