I found that very inappropriate and unfair, especially in a professional client/business relationship. For me, reliability and professionalism are just as important as the actual cleaning. Because of the repeated cancellations and the way the situation was handled, I can only give 1-2 stars. I have since found another cleaner who is incredibly reliable, always shows up as scheduled, communicates well, and does an excellent job. That experience has really reinforced for me how important consistency and professionalism are when inviting someone into your home.
