Monday morning came around, no response, and no pick up. I text him at 2pm asking if we can get it picked up, and he finally responded with "Its getting picked up today". At 6:30pm I had to text him again asking when it was getting picked up, he said his driver is still doing pick ups but we were the NEXT pick up. My husband spoke to him over the phone to get a time, Oscar said the driver will be there at 8:30pm, he gave us his word, my husband asked to text him once his driver will be here. At 7:30pm he texts us stating that he will be here tomorrow (Tuesday) morning. After giving us his word, and knowing we wanted this picked up since Sunday evening, this is the customer care service we receive. Yes, prices are reasonable, but the communication, customer service, and reliability is not. They finally picked it up at 9:30pm. I just do not want anyone else going through what i went through. Sometimes you do get what you pay for.

Larry heard our desperation story of needing a luxurious bathroom but yard area tight. Larry mentioned he was fully booked but had a friend/partner that might handle the emergency since he was just starting his business. Informed Larry that we would request partner's services but then I began asking questions to make sure our guest needs would be met. Larry took the time to explain everything from measurements to capacity of holding tanks. He was detailed and answered all questions from legal issues, deposits, and expenses if something broken. Informed Larry I would like partner's services and Larry confirmed that partner would be able to deliver early afternoon. Larry communicated with me throughout the day giving us status updates since partner needed to prepare and took longer then anticipated. The reason being, this trailer was brand new (another score for us!). Partner had to prep the stalls and etc. Because Larry continuously communicated with us and saved us by referring his partner, it did not matter to us that the trailer arrived a few hours later. Communication was and is key!!! Plus we just needed it before 12pm the next day, so we were good with the arrival time. Upon arrival, partner set everything up and we were blown away. Not only was it luxurious, it had Febreze, mints, lotion, A/C and radio. In addition, reconfirmed if needing to refill water tank since businesses I spoke with only held 100 or less gallons of water. The two stall bathroom held over 200 gallons fresh water, and black waste tank would accommodate our 100 plus guest size and it did without any troubles. The bathroom was being continuously used since alcohol was served. The outdoor wedding was beautiful for our godson and his new wife. But compliments from many guest - "OMG that bathroom!" Some even mentioned they stayed in the bathroom to check everything and listen to music LOL The next day, business partner picked up trailer on time.
