I do recommend this company but with some guidelines: First, don't let the driver talk you into using your power because their generator is too loud. It wasn't loud the first time. If there's no AC or music, call the company and ask how to resolve the problem. Had I known we would have disconnected our power and turned on their generator. The first driver we got was amazing, the one we got this time was lacking. They were late to pick up the trailer and when I called the driver back he said he'd been released for the night and to call the owner. Luckily the problem was resolved quickly and a different driver came to pick up the trailer. Lastly, the toilet in the ladies room was leaking. I do like their service and I do recommend them but next time I know what to watch out for.

Absolutely do NOT hire this company. They performed sloppy, unsafe work, overcharged, lied about…read morewarranties only texted my wife to scare her into thinking we needed more repairs and my wife said to contact me they would not, they prey on what they think is easy target for money, and then vanished the moment their "repair" immediately failed. They cut a massive, unnecessary hole in my wall to access a tiny section of pipe, way beyond what was needed. And after replacing the valve, they put the trim back without any caulk, sealant, or waterproofing. Not even sealed screws. Nothing. And the plumber said it was sealed behind or inside the trim. That's when I knew he was trying to pull a fast one over on me and just wanted him out of my house. So of course the wall started leaking again, directly because of their negligence. When I reached out, they said they'd come fix it "when they had the opportunity." Well, that opportunity never came. They never followed up, never came out, and never responded again. They also promised twice to email me the invoice and warranty paperwork. They sent nothing. No invoice. No warranty. No documentation of the work. Nothing to prove any guarantees they verbally made. They tried to scare us with claims that my entire house needed to be repiped after seeing maybe five feet of pipe -- completely false, and obviously a pressure tactic. They also tried to say my pressure regulator was "bad" to justify another overpriced add-on. It wasn't bad at all. They originally promised a cheaper rate than other quotes, then ended up charging more than everyone else for work that was incomplete, unprofessional, and dangerous. Let me be very clear: Leaving a shower valve unsealed inside a wall is not a small mistake. That's the kind of negligence that causes:     *    water damage     *    mold     *    structural damage     *    insurance claims     *    and thousands of dollars in repairs No licensed plumber should ever leave a home in that condition. If you're looking for a company that: Cuts an oversized hole in your wall. Does NOT properly seal anything. Changes prices after promising lower ones. Makes false claims to upsell. Doesn't send documentation And ghosts you when their work fails ...then by all means hire them. Everyone else? Avoid them. Your house and your wallet deserve better. Update since the replied with several inaccuracies---  1. The repair was not performed properly, as evidenced by the fact that the shower was still leaking immediately afterward. That alone contradicts your statement that the work was "completed properly." 2. Regarding the oversized access hole: At no point did your technician explain that such a large cut was required. The photo attached to my review shows the section that actually needed work versus what was removed. 3. Your claim that you made multiple attempts to schedule a follow-up visit is false. When I reached out about the continued leaking, I was told someone would come "when they had the opportunity," and no one ever followed up. There were no attempts to schedule anything. 4. As for the invoice and warranty, those were never sent to me. If they truly were "prepared," they were not delivered. I followed up and still received nothing.

Our septic tank was not right until they came and were able to fix it. The septic tank had to be cleaned out and videoed. What was their discovery? Our septic tank had only one 24"cover . This cover was not heavy duty either. The 4" clean outs were only 3"clean outs. Nothing was right. Also discovered was that our sewage pit had collapsed! We had to drill, hand dig and put in a new sewage pit and connect it up to our septic tank. Now our septic system is complete and certified. This represents a ton of hard work to be accomplished during very hot weather. It took almost 7 days to complete our job. This was hard and very tedious work. But Felix and his crew are always up for the task. They do work very hard. I can tell you that Craftsman Sewers are honest, they communicate to you well and they do not leave you in the dark. You will know about your septic system with them. They do keep things as clean as they can. This is not easy to do. They even hand watered areas to keep the dust down for us. It was a true pleasure to have Felix and the Craftsman Sewers crew at our home. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Does this cost money? Yes it does. But are they worth it?
