I am writing to follow up on my previous request regarding a full refund for the services I paid for, which were not completed as agreed. As stated in my initial communication, I paid a deposit $1,000 for the installation of a bathroom vanity. The original appointment was canceled, and the work has still not been completed. This has caused inconvenience and does not meet the expectations or agreement we had in place. This message serves as a second formal notice requesting a full refund of $1,000. I ask that this refund be processed within 5 business days from the date of this email. If I do not receive a response or resolution within this timeframe, I will proceed with further action, which may include filing formal complaints through applicable consumer protection agencies and pursuing other available remedies. I would prefer to resolve this matter quickly and amicably. Please confirm when I can expect the refund. I paid a deposit to this business for a scheduled service, but ended up canceling the appointment in advance. No work was performed. When I requested a refund of my deposit, the business refused to return it. There was no signed agreement stating the deposit was non-refundable, and no materials or services were provided. I attempted to resolve this directly but was unsuccessful. Based on my experience, I would recommend confirming refund policies in writing before making any payment.

I called back today and got a call back from a extremely rude guy stating we'll why are you calling us when you haven't did work with us. Im like what. Is that why you didn't call back. He stated I've been out 4 times and you only hired us one. I told him I dont recall that but okay. Now I'm offended because your company states you give free estimate so that's part of your business motto. I asked when was the last time yall came he told me. I say I didn't get the repairs done( they basically fixed the initial) but what he offered i didn't get. I then thank him and hung up. See the issue is you offer something(free estimate) and then get upset when people dont do business with you. I wont be writing this review if I didn't like there prices. Started off well but nevermind now. Instead of him asking if i got the job done somewhere he assumed I did. Why would I waste either one of our time. Also they sent a magnet and thank you card with starbucks gift card for a referral I did.

    Last night, my wife noticed a small discoloration spot in the office ceiling…read more I made a call to Sweetwater Plumbing this morning. We used them for previous jobs in the past. They were prompt and dispatched a plumber the same morning. The plumber, Paul called and asked me if he could out 10 minutes earlier than my appointment. I agreed. He saw the discoloration and pressed on it. It felt like water did dripped to the spot. The spot was dry now. He said he can open the ceiling to find a leak. We agree to open the ceiling to give us peace of mind. Once he opened the ceiling, he saw the drain pipe corroded and not braced. When he pressed on the pipe the water leaked out. He talked to John back at the office and provided us with an estimate minus the inspection cost to replace the leaking section of the drain pipe. We agreed with the price. Paul went to get the parts and started working that afternoon. He performed a great job of replacing and securing the leaking section of the pipe and completed the work and clean up before the end of the day. We were very pleased with Paul and Sweetwater Plumbing. We plan to use them again for future projects.
