Then a bit later I got another such text w diff driver name, same issue. An hour had passed. I called. The guy kind of blew smoke saying oh driver finishing a job you are next!! Another hour and he said "15-20 min driver on his way". The next minute, AAA called and said "Tow company said driver will arrive in 30 min driver will be there". But actually it was over 45 min and the driver said that City Tow knew where he was and how far away the whole time. If they'd been honest I would have looked locally for a shop but they strung me along, probably wanting the AAA $$. I would not use this shop if you have any other choice.

Despite the expensive repairs (injectors are never cheap), the pricing and time needed for very acceptable. Straightforward job, tow my Camry from my home to a local repair shop. The tow arrived on time, with a few texts and one call to keep me updated until their arrival. I never caught the man's name. Thin young Hispanic guy. He was perfect! I'm a total layman, so naturally I stood there observing as he did his job getting my car loaded onto the truck. At no point did he seem to have any oopsy moments. He came across as thoroughly knowing what he was doing. Same with unloading at the repair shop. Skilled service, that's what ANY service is all about. So I have nothing bad to say about Super Towing. Recommended!
