I found Loco Gymnastics Club and could not be happier. Winter and her team have provided my girl the best experience. They have an awesome after school program that helps me a ton & their gymnastics coach is the best! They have been placing 1st & 2nd in competitions and are spot on celebrating birthdays and events at the owners farm. I'm so relieved for her to be able to try so many new things in one place with individuals that are clearly looking out for our kids! I'm posting a couple of pictures I took so my daughter will always have these memories! If you want to get your kid into gymnastics or need an after school program I really recommend Loco Gymnastics!!!

Years ago, our autistic son worked with a former instructor, Cameron, for a gymnastics-themed one-hour workout, and he also participated in the Summer Minds In Motion Camp. Unfortunately, they don't know how to work with special needs children. Our son's session would start with five minutes on the trampoline to warm up, followed by floor exercises. If he got distracted or became uncooperative--which was common at the time--he was put in "timeout" on a dangerously high box for his size or forced to walk on the thin high beams without any training. If he jumped or fell off, they would just restart a five-minute timer and put him right back on. It felt unsafe and unhelpful I am surprised Our son never broke any bones and we never filed injury lawsuits it was this terrible. The summer camp was equally disorganized. The schedule was inconsistent, and we even witnessed instructors leaving computers logged into personal Amazon accounts within the children's reach. After seeing all of this, we pulled our son out and cannot endorse this academy for anything they offer.

After being introduced to fencing while living overseas and attending a fencing academy on the west coast, we can absolutely see how CFA stands out. We chose CFA because my son was serious about the sport and wanted to learn under the top coaches in this area who all have incredible experience both in the USA and internationally. As an added bonus, the CFA family is a great community of caring parents, kids and coaches. I highly recommend this academy to any prospective fencer who's looking for a sport they'll enjoy for life.

It's small, but it's a good option on cold days when you'd rather NOT get on a treadmill. This is a pretty big Y! I was here to perform a PT test for some applicants. They allowed us to use their space, which is great. Kenny at the front desk was very helpful in pointing me to where I needed to be. The trainer was also very helpful in assisting us with dedicating one lane of the track to the applicants. I would love to work out here. I didn't do a full tour, but I never met a gym I didn't like! There was plenty of equipment and again, the indoor track is a plus. I saw women in what appeared to be an aerobics class and I must say, that room is huge! There's plenty of space for anybody who wants to join a class. It's also very bright and airy. I see that they also have childcare which is huge! I saw them playing outside. It appears to be a pretty spacious area. Some kids were down on the basketball court going through a workout. Too cute. But yeah, I'm a fan of the Y and this one looks pretty inviting.

Very good membership prices. Weekday morning staff (Jon and Vicki) are friendly and always greet me when I come in. Facility is clean and well kept. It does have its busy times of day. Opening to 0700 is a good time to go if you want to avoid the busy times. Recommend this place for weight training and fitness. When there is a small crowd in the facility you can typically get your workout done in a good period of time.

I truly hope the members are not paying the same price as we do in Clinton. It feels like it was an old gym that OneLife came and bought. I went midday and it was not crowded. They have all of the machines you would need but about half of the machines look like they were from the 90s. I would come again but I think with many other gyms close by, I would think they need a bigger space and more updated equipment.

I pay way too much monthly to come into a one life gym that still has this style of equipment. Maybe because my home gym is for totten but this is ridiculous. This equipment is all older than this gym itself. The gym smells like a sewage drain. I legitimately had to work out with a shirt over my nose and ended my workout early because I couldn't stand it anymore. The layout of the gym is always chaotic as hell. Yes there's a lot of machines, they are all old maybe 10% of what's in here is "new". Studio has no fans, neither does group studio. That makes no sense to me. First time at this location, I unfortunately moved to this area, but I won't be coming back, I'd rather make the 25 minute drive to the Manassas location where is actually clean, and new equipment Editing to add that there is in fact not a single fan in this gym, even the treadmills, don't have a built in fan.
